Bianca provided warm and thoughtful service, and the room even came with fruit and a welcome gift. The late check-out policy is a real highlight, perfect for us as we had an afternoon flight. I highly recommend this hotel.

First time staying at this hotel, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They gave a thorough explanation of the breakfast and laundry room locations. There's also a beautiful spiral staircase in the lobby. The bedding in the room was so soft and comfortable, I almost wanted to buy a set to take home!

The spaciousness of this room is absolutely incredible, and I also love the super-large TV—it's high-definition and even allows screen mirroring! The toiletries are from a high-end brand, Karl Lagerfeld, and they even provide a Dyson hairdryer. The whole room just feels so luxurious and elegant.

This hotel was on my travel wishlist, and it didn't disappoint! The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. They even have an LG washing machine, which was super convenient for washing our kids' clothes – a total lifesaver when you're traveling with little ones. The facilities are top-notch.

The breakfast was delicious! Even though I arrived at 10 AM, they still had freshly cooked beef noodles, which was such a lifesaver for a tourist like me. To top it off, at lunchtime, I could get Hunan cuisine from my hometown, all in the same restaurant – super convenient! My wife didn't want to leave the room for lunch, but the hotel staff kindly delivered it to our room. The service at this hotel is absolutely top-notch! The room facilities are excellent, and I really love their simple yet elegant decor style. The room was clean and tidy, and we even got fruit on our first day. When we needed laundry done, we just called the front desk and they took care of it, so I didn't have to go myself. Their service is truly amazing!

The hygiene was acceptable. The environment was just so-so, and the soundproofing was mediocre. The room layout was a bit odd. The breakfast area was surprisingly shared with a Sichuan restaurant. The laundry room was in the basement, which felt a bit eerie going down there to wash clothes. The service was truly unmentionable. My food delivery went missing, and I called multiple times over an hour. Each time, they said they were still looking for it, but I never received an update on whether it was found or not. I had to repeatedly chase them for an answer, and their responses were always vague and unclear, which was quite frustrating and speechless. 😓 The facilities were average. The room was extremely stuffy, making me sweat constantly. I couldn't adjust the air conditioning. The seal between the toilet and the shower wasn't good, causing water to leak out. I almost slipped in the middle of the night… The fruit mini-bar in the room was decent, and the hairdryer gets a big thumbs up! ！！！

The hotel opened this year and is very new. The facilities are very complete, the service is excellent, and the upgraded rooms are fantastic. It's very cost-effective and I'd recommend it to my friends.

I came to Urumqi on a business trip and didn't want to stay in the city center. This hotel has just opened and there is still a smell of decoration when you enter. If your trachea is not very good and you mind the smell of decoration, don't book it for the time being. However, the hotel itself is very good, with good facilities. The front desk also upgraded the room type. It was also very quiet to sleep at night. But don't go to the big plate chicken restaurant downstairs. The chicken was so hard that it almost broke my teeth!

The hotel's bedding is comfortable, and the pillows, quilt, and sheets are all excellent. The breakfast and service are excellent, and they even have a Dyson hair dryer. The soundproofing is excellent, and the view is great!
