免費接送機服務:司機師傅到機場接機服務太到位了，提前到機場舉牌接機，不光車上備有礦泉水，一路還幫提行李這房價的服務可説超五星了，早上吃早餐還看見司機師傅幫忙收拾桌子清潔，走的時候還很温馨的準備了四瓶温熱的礦泉水，這個如果是員工自己做的老闆應該多發獎金了，這樣的員工到哪裡去找，反正我在內地沒遇見過這麼盡責盡心的員工。 設施：這次除了沒有感受到機器人的服務外，店裡設施齊全，小度助眠，投影感覺像在電影院裏，躺床上睡覺美美的。門口的停車位充足，車輛可以隨意停放。剛開始擔心住二樓會吵，關了窗簾真的隔音效果很好。 服務：前台小姐姐服務熱情，從進門到出門都會打招呼，有了問題積極解決，這次晚上點的飲料應該是沒貨了，機器人沒有送達小程序退款出了問題，早上前台小姐姐在我吃早飯後就解決，雖然衹有 17 元但她們積極的態度讓我感到很温馨，最後居然因為這小小的一點問題還送了一套茶具給我，這個我是真沒想到，把我感動得不行。這次衹有三天時間，我明年還會來新疆深度遊會再入住他家，這次的體驗太到位了，比在五星級的服務還好，真的是沒有選錯這家。給大家強烈推薦，特別是單身出門在外的，一個人出來遇到這麼熱情的服務，真的是我旅途中的一抹陽光。五星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

看了4.9的評分和眾多好評才選了這家，果然沒有讓我失望。酒店有健身房，健身器材都感覺是專業健身房的配置，對我這樣的健身愛好者來説，簡直就是驚喜呀！洗衣房更值得誇一誇了。洗衣機烘乾機更是貼心的分了男生女生專用。一樓的會議室這些都是免費的，會議室還配有筆記本電腦和打印機，商務出差簡直太友好了，還可以會議投屏。五星級的配置和享受，不得不説酒店洗澡水很大，秒出熱水太享受了，一樓的免費咖啡味道超級贊，所有的工作人員都很熱情，開會還主動給我們茶水和小吃，五星級的服務和享受，商務出差的朋友給我沖這家，簡直太貼心了！

一行15人至今30多天的行程體驗感最棒的一家酒店！到酒店時中午一點半，聽我們説肚子餓馬上各種小吃拿上來，賓至如歸的感覺。酒店是新開的，大堂温馨大氣，擺放有各種小吃和礦泉水，房間很大，裝修精緻，衞生間乾濕三分，走廊上也有礦泉水，細節超好。早餐豐富，品質不錯。用車送我們去大巴扎Q，走的時候還送我們每人一個小水杯，送了我一提礦泉水，感覺不是住酒店，像到了遠方的親戚家😃自駕強烈推薦的一家酒店！

10天的新疆之旅結束啦，選擇海棠酒店作為離開烏魯木齊的最後一站，印象太深了啦，一進門就有人幫忙拿行李，服務人員面帶笑容熱情周到的服務讓我們本來疲憊的身體，倍感親切。由於我們自駕租車要送車前台經理聽説馬上安排司機來回接送。酒店硬件設施相當棒，每個細節都很到位，房間超大衞生間三分離智能語音，加濕器微波爐床品舒適。早餐乾淨青菜多，肉絲餅酥脆特好吃。花4星價位享受5星的待遇，性價比超高最讓我們難忘的還是酒店的服務太棒啦。來烏魯木齊絕對不二選擇為我們新疆之旅畫上完美句號，期待不同季節再來新疆。

北疆游完一圈又回到這家酒店，巧的是第2次入住同樣的房間，還是影音大房。酒店的設施真是齊全，洗衣房，健身房，智能馬桶，電動窗簾，消毒櫃，冰箱，尤其巨大投屏非常過癮。早餐非常豐富，而且味道很好。酒店500米，晚上有夜市，非常熱鬧。對狗狗非常友好，酒店服務人員熱情周到，離店時還給報銷停車費，能夠二次入住就説明瞭一切。對面就是九鼎批發市場，買新疆特產非常方便，而且便宜。極力推薦！

房間非常乾淨整潔，床被都很舒服，房間無可挑剔。 早餐非常好，營養搭配均衡，菜品新鮮，乾淨衞生。 服務更是沒得説，有求必應！ 經常出差住酒店，這次的體驗超乎我的想象，房間內的舒適度，超五星。 感謝中秋節，給送的月餅！ 中秋快樂！ 就是有一點，有客人帶寵物出入，總是感覺不舒適😂
