Amazing food, onsen and room size . This hotel is a hidden gem with everything great in it.
Location can be tricky and unfortunately the reservation department didn’t reply about the local bus from Aeon to EM WELLSNESS, sono tried to walk from Aeon to the hotel , got lost and fortunately à local person drove me there .
Still I highly recommend due the great services, food and accommodation.

An interesting hotel located on top of the hill, room is spacious, facility is a bit dated but clean. The bed could be better, but it is fine for a couple on nights. It has sufficient free parking facility, room charge included the spa fee which is nice. I went on the Public holiday weekend, so I got a room looking at the staircase. Breakfast offers a decent selection and healthy is their theme.

The bakery shop is highly recommended to visit even if you are not staying in this hotel. Room is old, public bath close early in the evening.

今晚終於可以泡個舒服的澡啦！聽說這裡的大浴場很棒，好期待！就在同一層樓，超級方便的。泡完澡肯定一夜好眠，明天又能精神飽滿地玩了！希望明天天氣也一樣好。
仲要渣車4分鐘就到大型aeon商場，超正。 去逛街吃飯都輕鬆搞定。 感覺住在這附近蠻不錯的。

地理位置不佳，上山路段太黑，小路太窄，大雨加大霧根本看不清楚。停車場很遠，加上大雨，沒有雨傘十分狼狽！有幾個停車場，第一次到根本不知泊哪裏，門口亦沒有工作人員，指示不清晰。
前台得一個人，不企正在他面前，根本不會打招呼，亦沒有笑容，只同我講温泉已經關了，因check in 太夜，根本享用不到任何設施。他比其他溫泉酒店關得比較早。
房間算很大，但是床板十分硬，睡得不舒服。
水壓很好，但是會突然很熱或突然很凍。
