This is a great hotel. Although it may not be as fancy as other Disney Resort Hotels, it is definitely the most affordable one. The rooms are huge, the breakfast buffets are free for some room bookings and if you are lucky, you can even see Mt. Fuji from the balcony! There are four breakfast buffet restaurants in Sheraton, and Galleria will be the best for kids. With cotton candy machines and nice jellies, the kids will love this buffet. It is even recommended for adults—the selection of food there is great. There is all types of food, from miso soup to pasta to salads and fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, you can get the delicious pastries or even the cotton candy! There also many drinks and a wide array of food items!There are also connecting rooms for families of four and above. If you want to stay in the Disney area, this is the most affordable hotel you will find!

The hotel's service is good and the environment is good. The key is to enter Disneyland 15 minutes in advance. You can choose to play Disneyland next time.

The hotel is nice and clean. But because of pandemic they have shuttle bus timing is less and hotel restaurant is not in operation. Just close to Disneyland so we stayed here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

Good price, near to Disneyland. Provide shuttle bus every 10 mins to and from Disdneyland. Ideal for those visiting Disdneyland. The hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. It has a lounge that provides free bear, drinks and snacks from 11am to 11pm. Guest are to collect toiletries from a room nearby to reception, there are plenty of toiletries items, guests can select what they need. There is a Lawson on hotel 2nd floor. The hotel is connected to train station and a shopping mall with a number of eateries.

You and your companion/family will be in good health and sure to get some good ideas. If you settle your purchases in the hotel without using your room number, you can use the simplified check-out process. Put your room key in the box in the lobby and check out in one second. With the ingenious system, no need to make your companion/family wait in the lobby. In addition, the rooms are equipped with ”Noritake” teacups and black/green tea bags. The ”Noritake” teacups feature pure gold rim decorations, so you can have a fantastic ”tea party” in a room that would envy Alice. It's the third time I've used it. I think that it is a hotel with a high degree of fulfillment, such as having a hot spring, having a shop, having a full range of vending machines for ice cream and drinks, having a microwave range, and having an abundance of esthetics. You can fully enjoy your stay at the hotel even with the room-only plan! However, there are no amenities such as cleansing in the room, so you need to be careful there. There is no direct bus to DisneySea (Land), but I think it's easy to access because it takes about 15-20 minutes on foot. In addition, there is a direct flight to Maihama Station to Expiari, so you can go shopping and dining. There is a microwave range, so you can take out meals at Exppiari, and the room service and restaurant meals are delicious, so you won't have trouble eating!

We loved how spacious the room was unlike most “small business hotels” we booked with our budget. We could open two of our huge luggages with spaces to walk around the room! We had the view of the Tokyo Bay, laundry machines and vending machines are also available in the hotel. Most importantly the shuttle bus services to the Disney parks!!! I am spoilt, I don’t think I can stay in a hotel without a shuttle service anymore 😂.
