when me and my partner got there, we were told to be in room four and given the key for room four. before that we were told not to book through ******* with a very annoyed tone and to book directly next time (there will not be a next time) but if there was such a problem booking through ******* it wouldn't be an option
we went into our room and it was very clearly not ours because there were two bedrooms and additional beds in the livingroom but this was the key we were given and we didn't want to bother anyone so we set our things down and went out
when we were done with our activities, my partner got a text that they moved our stuff to another room and the way the text was worded made it out like we were stupid for not knowing this wasn't our room but we had places to be and if this was the room they were going to give us, that was going to be fine with us
we asked for the key to our new room when we got back, got it and then some of our things were missing which meant they were still in the room, but there were now people in there so we had to wait until the morning to get our stuff
we asked for our stuff again in the morning and we were told to go up there and ask for it back?? so we did only to see these new people were using my items and had drank our drinks and put them in the bin
we got 20$ back for the drinks but i cant believe our stuff was lost and used like that and then me and my partner were forced to fix it ourselves when none of this was our fault
