The staff who came to ask if I wanted to store the bath water was also unfriendly and said, "If you don't store hot water, it's fine for the regular room price." Despite it being a complete mistake on the part of the inn, the employee and the woman at the front desk were arrogant and did not apologize at all. Only the manager? was kind and apologized at the end. It was a trip with friends that I had been looking forward to for several months, but it made me feel terrible. I booked it thinking it was a long-established establishment, but I don't think I would recommend it to others and I will never use it again.
