Stayed on New Year's Day. The price was 36,000 yen per person per night with flatfish sashimi. If you say 36,000 yen, it will be the price of a little luxury inn. When I entered the room, I felt like I was cheated on New Year's Day. There was a tea set on the table, but the pot was on the refrigerator and the outlet was unplugged! If it is a normal hot spring inn, there will be refreshments, but there is nothing. The lever that flushes the toilet is full of rust! The toilet door has a hole in it. And the curtains are torn! The food was just plain food with flatfish ❗️ The food was basically delicious. It's not just a dish of 36,000 yen per night. Even if it's a New Year's fee, it's reasonable! To be clear, it's a fraud level! Ureshino Onsen is more expensive than Warakuen Hanare, which I went to two days ago! ! Impossible❗️ It's the worst❗️

某R社のサイトで予約して宿泊しました。行って見てガッカリはある程度は許容する性格ですが、こちらは悪意を感じます。 私が泊まった部屋は４階でした。エレベーターは内張だけリフォームで危険を感じました。部屋に入って、廊下まではリフォームされていますが、客室内、ホコリ溜まり、梁は壊れて、洗面所は硫黄のサビとカビ。窓は軋んで開かず、網戸は穴だらけ、虫のしがいもあり不潔。 食事は冷めきり、不味い。熱いものは冷たく、冷たいものは干からびた感じ。外国人のスタッフ数人と、初老の女性で給仕されていましたが、他のお客様も呆れて夕食を残して離席されてました。 WEBサイトのイメージ画といい、リニューアルした部分だけ掲載して、悪意、詐欺行為を感じます。いくら雲仙のブランド力があるからと言ってもGWと言ってもこれで20000円超は無いと思います。

部屋の前の立ち入り禁止の扉の前に、何ヶ月もほっておいたであろう埃かぶったスリッパがそのまま放置。部屋の前です。ドア開けるたびに最悪な気分になるので、フロントへ言ったらそのままです。片付けますもありませんでした。 そして幽霊屋敷のように古くて少し怖かったです。 フロントのおじさんと若女将は偉そうな話し方で、若女将に関しては少しタメ語口調になる時もありました。 女将さんは最初から最後まですごく優しく、丁寧でとても美しい方でした。 女将さんがあんななのに、他の方の接客が雑じゃとても…もったいないです。 食事に関しては夜も朝も残念でした、、。

雲仙の温泉街のど真ん中にある立地ではあるが、食事のレベルを考えるとコスパは非常に悪い。ドリンクの価格はがリーズナブルだったのは、コスパが悪いことに対するお詫び？
