Hotel liegt im Industriegebiet von Unterföhring. Mit Auto von der A9 super zu erreichen. Edeka 50 Meter, S-Bahn fußläufig, Buslinie fährt am Hotel vorbei. Ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. RoofTopBar im Sommer bei schönem Wetter mit toller Aussicht. Hotel sauber und modern eingerichtet. Große, ebenerdige Dusche. Klimaanlage in der Zimmern. Hotelmitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, gehen auch mal den einen Schritt extra. Restaurant im Hotel (Thai) sehr gut. Tolles Frühstück. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz am Hotel nutzen, rundrum ist eingeschränktes Halteverbot und das ist nur am Kreisverkehr in der Zufahrt zum Industriegebiet ausgewiesen. Keine Schilder in Parkbuchten extra, sehr irreführend, da man das Schild in der Zufahrt nicht wahrnimmt.

I am very happy with staying in the Feringapark. In the room I felt well, breakfast is getting good. The rooms for breakfast I feel very invited and very comfortable. The measure of planting tree instead of room cleaning has impressed me very much. In my eyes, only small things are optimized: 1) a kind of handy update on whether a tree has actually been planted for saving room cleaning 2) When breakfast was asked twice within 20 minutes by two different employees: “Can I disturb you and ask your room number?” Ootimable: not ask for excuse, but of course ask for the room number. The personal conditions are disturbing. 3) The same thing about the ticket: once the 24h ticket did not work, I had to switch it. It was asked for an excuse many times. Optimisable: instead of “necessary” to apologize, You prefer to invite you directly to a benefit of the hotel: for example “please allow a free coffee for discomfort” or similar. This gives a better feeling. 4)The signs and indications are not very clear from deep garage to reception. Confusion at arrival is not very pleasant. The hotel was cozing and had good accomodations. Although not too modern, the room was equipped with everything we needed and had great acoustics. Parking in the surroundings was not very easy depending on the moment of the day. Breakfast was nice, with variety of food and typically German food included. The staff was nice but not very welcoming. The neighborhood was not very near to the city center, but that worked out really good for us, since we got to experience the local life.

Amazing service and amenities. There are even activities for residents to join for free, eg Yoga class. The lobby is well decorated with a coffee shop/bar, and working space. There is also a rooftop bar. Best part of this place is there is a washing + drying machine in room, with free detergents given to us. 100% recommend.

I was glad to have chosen this hotel for a 3-night stay. The room was cozy but clean, everything in very good condition, big variety of choices for breakfast actually I don't think there was anything you couldn't get for breakfast and the manager at the breakfast area is a very friendly guy that welcomes you with a smile. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and helpful. Apart from the in-house restaurant which is very good there are also some very good restaurants at walking distance. It takes 15 min to the Messe and the bus stop is right across the street. Will most probably stay again as the location is very convenient to me for either getting fast to Munich or driving to Manching. The area is also very quiet for an undisturbed night sleep. I would only wish that there were some umbrellas or something similar at the nice quiet back terrace protecting from rain.

Nice hotel, free parking, the hotel is very quiet, the price is very good, there are supermarkets around, shopping is very convenient, the front desk is full of people, you can stay in the middle of the night.

Single room was sufficient to traveler needs. Staff was not responsive and delayed sending entrance code.

For the fair I had to book a hotel outside because the prices were already pretty expensive. Two nights here over € 200 fair price is still perfectly well. From outside the construction does not make much, the lift has already experienced better times and the gangs narrow and narrow.
