We arrived and we were told that they can't give us A/C because of the price we paid, even though the app said A/C was included.
To add, he spoke in sinhala to his wife stating that people want to pay the lowest price and get the best facilities. That wasn't our issue, we can pay for what we want, however, update your bookings so that guest would know if you would allow them to use the A/C in the rooms. Thanks.

we booked three nights, but the first night we had to go somewhere else because of a toilet issue that needed repairing, but when we moved back into the room, on the second day, the room was great. I had nice air-conditioning, and you could order food from the ladysuch as Sri Lankan curry, they also had cheap coffee and tea. Overall, I love the location of the accommodation because it’s in a quiet road surrounded by trees.

The first thing I want to say is that for a room for less than 2000 rubles and for one night everything is fine!
But here's some advice:
We need to change these dead shower heads and sinks and mirrors, this is just a thing of the past. And please give your guests toilet paper and at least a bar of soap, it’s all a pittance, but it creates an effect.
There's no point in taking breakfast, you won't be full anyway)
In the bathroom a surprise awaited us from a successful water pressure and... I washed myself for 4 minutes and the water ran out) all) any)
The owner said: I should have said it! We would start the pump.
Well, I hope that after this incident the water situation will be sorted out.
But the owners are very nice and sociable.
But I still recommend it for 1-2 days, excellent)

Marvelous couple that owns this place. They took care of us in a great way. Everything is simple but works very good It takes an about 5 minutes to the famous Unawatuna Beach. And just 10 minutes with toktok to Galle City

Amazing accommodation, clean with fan an ac, hot water and really comfy bed. The couple of owner are so nice and will help you with anything you need. They also have a restaurant and amazing food cooked by the owner herself, so good! don't miss out!

The owner, Anu, is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, even late at night. His wife prepared delicious breakfasts and kept the rooms spotless. The colonial-style guesthouse was a wonderful place to relax, especially on the veranda in the evenings. I recommend choosing rooms on the second floor, as the first floor lacks proper windows and has poor sound insulation. Also, be prepared for cold showers on rainy or cloudy days, as the water is heated by the sun. In the future, it would be great to maintain the current visual style while adding small details to the rooms, such as shelves, lamps, plants, or chairs if possible. Overall, this guesthouse is a great budget option for a visit to Sri Lanka. Thank you, Anu, and I hope to return someday!

My Fiancé and I stayed here for one night and we Loved it. It's run by a lovely Local Couple and has a very home stay Vibe, but still gives you the privacy of a Guesthouse. The terrace is great to work on the Laptop or chill with beautiful view and fast Internet. The Food is much cheaper then at the Beach and Delicious. 10/10 points

Although we initially came to this place, thanks to a scam, it was very worth it. The place is very cozy, and clean. Also the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The food is also homely and yummy. Ask for the calamari. The location is also close to the beach, but extremely peaceful. We loved it here!
