The hotel rooms are not new, but the structure in general is excellent, the service is always attentive, friendly and very available. The social structure, especially the leisure areas, are perfect. Os quartos do hotel não são novos, mas a estrutura em geral é excelente, o atendimento é sempre atencioso, simpático e muito disponível. A estrutura social, principalmente as áreas de lazer, são perfeitas.

We have been in some Resorts in Bahia. What made Transamerica special were the sea. Hot water, large ***** of sand. Waves are not so big, but special attention shall be paid to tide pushbacks. 10 pm music shows are great, performed by native singers.

The service at Transamerica Comandatuba is amazing and associates are very friendly and fast to fullfil our requests. Unfortunatelly the rooms (we booked 3 rooms) are very old fashion with musty and smelling bad. Also the air conditioner is noisy and it was not working. We asked support to fix it 3 times. We do not plan to return until we are sure that the rooms are updated.

Excellent experience. Beautiful location, very accommodating and hospitable staff, heaps to do, great for families. My mum uses a wheelchair. We encountered som difficulties pushing her chair around, but they made some adjustments to make it easier for her, including building a ramp and reserving tables with easy access during meals. Shout out to Rozana from Restaurant Principal who provided wonderful service and treated our family with love and care. The only downside of our experience was the food, which was not to the standards we were expecting for the price tag. Drinks were excellent tho (variety and quality).

Amazing hotel and resort. Definitely the best in Brazil. Friendly staff, awesome food, great recreation and all around awesomeness! Will he back for many more years. A gem of a resort that keeps getting better.

Great place to enjoy your vacations with family. Care and attention to details by everyone in the hotel. Children were well cared by “Carioca” and the whole team of children care takers. The infrastructure is also great. Will definitely return next year with the children.

Overall very good. Some areas need to be refreshed such as the kids pool area, bedding in rooms, wifi. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Main pool is new and top notch. Dinning areas we nice, food selection and quality were were very good as well.

This was one week in paradise. Amazing place, with great food. Lots of activities, great for families with kids. Too bad its not readily accesible to travelers from North America, as it would be great experience. Highly recommend.

The hotel is great and the activities were very good for the whole family. My kids enjoyed a lot. The food is not excellent but it is ok. It is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. They have the best tapioca ever for breakfast. We hope toncome back soon
