Overall is good , only satellite tv not working Will consider this apartment nx time

Very recomended for short trip. Room clean & smell good. Aircond & water heater function. Have a towel and good services

They didn't provide any towels, but the front desk sign mentioned returning a towel bag upon checkout, which implies there should have been towels! I went in and out four or five times at night and there was no one at the front desk, nor was there a contact number left. There's no phone in the room to call the front desk either. When I finally saw someone at the front desk during check-out, I mentioned not having a towel bag, and he just said, 'No problem.' I replied, 'Of course it's no problem for you... but I didn't have a towel, so I couldn't even shower!' The toilet in the room had a broken flush system, constantly making a running water sound. Also, for self-check-in, you need to prepare RM50 cash, which wasn't clearly communicated. If you don't have cash, you'd have to figure it out yourself (and the front desk is often unmanned), which is extremely inconvenient!

Need to focus more on Maintenance issues. Toilet water leaking noise until the ceiling drops down. This is dangerous to stay. Kindly take this issue as seriously.

The room smelly and many little baby cockroaches over the floor when came in the room even on the bed also got…it too disgusting…really dirty I will never booking this hotel again….

This is a local budget hotel chain, the location is very near to Tambun Sunway Lost World, walking distance to the theme park, near by also have many Malay Foods Restarants. Parking is convenient but remember to pay parking coupon during office hours.

front desk crew need improve PR services. we asking can we cashless payment for the deposit, we do not have cash at that time. the way she answered for the deposit make us feels annoyed.she told us to pay as fast as we can. mcm la kita nak larii😂 dah bayarrr kot nk tdo situ. we came there at night n tired ok. she ok je klu nk explain elok2.

Glad we choose this hotel. Nearer to Lost world tambun with cheapest price.

simple stay. i stayed for work.. cheap.. not great but ok for the money i paid.. just nice

just can sleep because there is work at the last minute. the advantage is there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. Using the self service system at kiosk

Yeah I enjoy the stay...I book 2 night...its very nice place...

Reasonably priced, comfortable, will repeat next time.
