The worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. The hotel was filthy, I have posted pictures below. They tried to resolve this issue 4 times, every time the bed linen was dirty. The customer service desk did nothing to help and was actively obstructive in helping me get a refund or change hotels. In the end I was basically forced to stay 2 nights as it was seemingly impossible to get any of my money back. Additionally the WIFI did not work properly as you can see in my screenshot.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and spacious. We got there early and able to leave our stuff at the front desk. The frontdesk staffs were nice. Definitely recommended!

A very good hotel for the price you pay. Room is clean and bigger from the similar priced hotel in the areas. Near the walking range from cafe, pub and restaurants.

The staff was not so friendly to me upon my arrival. However I loved the hotel as a whole. The way the room was set up and the fact that I can cook in it made it even better. The fridge is not your usual bar ones and the view of the river made it even way better.

They also gave me a breakfast coupon, but I forgot to use it.
Nice view and good service
The room is also spacious and clean. I use it well.
The central heating was too hot, so I turned on the air conditioner, but it didn't work.
A lot of delivery food came in, and the room was cleaned and it was nice.
