I am leaving this comment because I am concerned that your one-sided remark might cause other guests to misunderstand. Dear customer, you need to speak properly. You shouldn't leave out what you actually did when posting a comment. You checked in late at night while intoxicated. When I informed you that amenities are provided for a fee (due to government policy regulations), you argued first, asking, "Other motels give them away for free, why don't you?" And when I explained, "According to government regulations, our hotel charges for them," didn't you swear at me, saying, "Come on, you talk too much. Stop blabbering, you *****. If you have a complaint, come to room xxx"? I conveyed the matter to the manager (the kind gentleman you mentioned), and in the meantime, a member of your party from another floor who checked in with you returned to the front desk and even apologized, saying, "I think I made a mistake because I was drunk." Didn't you hear anything about that? As you mentioned, while a hotel is meant to accommodate guests, that does not mean guests have the right to treat staff poorly. After check-out, I sent a text message stating, "Damage to room property and smoking were confirmed. Please be careful next time," but you read it and did not reply. Our hotel is non-smoking in all rooms. Smoking in the guest room causes inconvenience to other guests as well. I hope you will keep this in mind.
