Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are a little old, but are well appointed and are clean and functional.
Service staff are friendly and helpful, and speak very good English.

I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good and there was quite a bit to eat. One drawback was that I don't know about other rooms, but the smell of cigarettes kept coming from my room.

Hotel service was very good. I arrived late at 9pm after working in Ulsan first, and the staff was very friendly, from parking information to places to eat nearby. Breakfast is also great value for money! It was a clean, easy-to-eat Korean buffet in the morning, and the food tasted very good.

This is a hotel I really love. I listen to it every time I go on a business trip to Ulsan. It is next to the Taehwa River, and the view is very good and there are so many restaurants nearby.

Some of the staff are friendly, but some are not. Employee training needs to be managed more closely.
Soundproofing between the room and the room is a problem. Snoring and talking in the next room during quiet early morning hours.
Sensitive people may not be able to sleep well.
