Nice hotel Good view on golf place

Sad experience my partner and I had during our “stay” on 14–15 February 2026. We booked this stay specifically for the spa, a nice dinner, and a relaxing experience. Upon arrival we were immediately told that the spa not included, since we booked true ********** ??. Now SPA was fully booked and unavailable for us — despite our booking and expectations. We were told only that there might be availability the next morning. We were also advised to book dinner quickly, but when I spoke with the maître d’, we were told the restaurant was fully booked for the entire evening, even though we were flexible with timing. The only alternative offered was pizza at the bar ? I travel frequently and have never experienced a hotel that cannot provide dinner reservations for its own 2 guests. I informed reception that I wished to cancel the stay. The receptionist did go and speak with his manager before agreeing to a refund I received a call from the restaurant after we returned home saying they did have a table available — an option never offered to us while at the hotel. This was a very disappointing experience for us, and the lack of effort from staff to find solutions was disappointing and unprofessional.

This is my second time staying at Lily Country Club. Rooms are lovely and clean. The beds are amazing. Food is delicious and the staff is really helpful. It is close to airport and not to far from the center. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel This is an absolutely wonderful hotel that I really recommend. Everything is perfect! The breakfast, dinner are very good. The gym is very good with a lot of tools and machines.

Outstanding hotel. The dinning options were excellent for someone who eats gluten free.

Waked up by staff at 7am (-) Parking is expensive, difficult to understand and far away from reception (-) Was waked up at 7am by a lot of noice in correidor from staff working on preparing a conference or so. They kept going and sleep was spoiled (+) Good quality of hotel and food (-) Expensive food (-) No fridge on rolm
