UB City Hotel

The hotel has an old-world feel with a Soviet feel. The location isn't bad, close to the Naadam Festival venue. There's a CU convenience store on the first floor. Breakfast was okay, 7/10. The only downside was the dirty bathroom. The bathtub had stains, and the water wasn't draining properly. The toilet was also in poor condition, clogging the toilet whenever we flushed. Luckily, we complained and requested a room change, and the staff helped us. The new room was less dirty than the first.

I don't know the average in Mongolia, but compared to Japanese hotels, it felt a little old. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast was good.

It's unsuitable for anything; one of the worst hotels I've ever seen.

Smoking rooms, dirty carpet. Cleanliness is so-so. The staff is ok, speaks English.

Early check-out requires 2 days of waiting for the manager to come to work.

The hotel is OK, but the price/performance ratio is poor, and the location is good.

The room is very clean and well-equipped. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and very professional. Recommended!
