The hotel is quite old, but its strong points are the reasonable price, good location and spacious parking area. There are also staff available 24 hours a day, which is very convenient.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. However, upon entering the room for the first time, there was a noticeable musty smell, which seems to be a common complaint from other guests' reviews. Overall, everything else was okay.

I stayed here during Songkran. I booked for two nights, but the staff told me I'd only booked for one. It turned out the front desk staff used the wrong booking number and name – it wasn't even my name. They didn't ask how many nights I was staying initially or check my customer information. They only informed me on the second day, while I was out, that I'd only booked one night. This wasted my time as I had to go back to sort out the issue. At first, they said if I wanted to stay, I'd have to pay for the extra night and contact Trip.com for a refund. I was going to pay, but then I looked at the booking confirmation and realized it wasn't my name, and I hadn't even booked a double bed. I had felt something was off from the first day I entered the room, but I just thought the single rooms were full, so I got a double. I wish the staff were more thorough.

This is the usual hotel I stayed during my short trip in Udon Thani. You can reach several good food around the hotel and still walkable to Central Udon. Unfortunately - there is no longer a Mini Big C in front of the hotel - it has closed down sometime ago

The towels smelled damp and musty, and the mattress had dust mites.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Most attractions are just a short 2km drive away, which is incredibly convenient. There's also a Big C supermarket right across from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and the facilities are well-equipped.

Excellent downtown location, making it very convenient to get around. It's also close to the street food in Udon Thani city center and is clean.

It was good and offered decent value for money. The room was quiet, comfortable for sleeping, and clean. However, I was on the 4th floor, in the very last room, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach there.
