I think the management deliberately choose 3 over 4 stars hotel. With small ”improvements” it could easily be a 4 star. Hotel is located a couple of minute walking distance from center of the city and parking is free and vast. Nevertheless l would like to mention two things. First the check-in. The only info we got at the check-in was ”the room in on third floor”. And thats it. Never experienced something like this in all my life. Ever. The second is breakfast. The staff is quite friendly and options to choose from at the buffett table are ok. But.. The staff is making so much noise Inside the kitchen talking and joking that you have issues hearing your own thoughts. Quite unconfortable and something to address to.

We arrived in 35 in Udine, including 7 children and 4 adolescents for a wedding and we literally invaded the hotel ..... efficient and effective staff and especially very patient... we were really good... The structure is nice but some design details could create some disturbances (like the glass bath door, if you light and somebody sleeps lights almost the room) But the important thing is that the stay was very pleasant We'll be back .........and it's not a threat 😜

I have been staying at the Prince Hotel for several years. I often come to Udine because part of my family lives here. Marco, Adalberto and Antonio Thank you very much for welcomed us with so much affection and friendliness. But a special thanks goes to the beautiful Concept, the ''REINA'' of the bar. Each morning he welcomes me with great smiles and cocktails me with her delicious coffee. I will miss our pleasant conversations made even more beautiful by her stunning accent Sicilian so warm and joyful that to me, I also from the South, makes me feel even more at my home. Thanks to everyone hope to see us again 8n future

I stayed with my husband a night in this beautiful structure, carefully treated in every detail and especially managed with great professionalism and attention. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The second floor room, without elevator (strictly pointed at the time of booking) is not a limit but a value added in a structure that maintains its structural characteristics (except the pool that The hotel is a place to return for the comfortable location in the city centre and for the experience of relaxation and friendly welcome!

We stopped in this b&b one night. This is very comfortable, right in front of the station of Udine. Small, but beautiful and clean room; there is also a small balcony. Very nice common breakfast corner, equipped with everything (stoms, yoghurt, fruit juices, marmelade, cooked fats...) . The owner Raimonda very gentle and available, surely recommended.

I came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice.
