The hotel is well located. The room is good, the breakfast is ok. The hotel offers room service, you can order and have it served in your room, very practical for people who don't want to go out to eat.

The room is very beautiful. Quiet, sleep well Very close to tourist attractions in Ubon Ratchathani. Very pleased. Next day will come to stay again.

Excellent service staff. Very helpful, helping to see where to park. Bring an umbrella when it rains. The room is clean. But it is attached to the wall which is quite thin. When the housekeeper cleans the room in the morning, a loud sound can be heard coming into the room. The breakfast is delicious.

The water in the shop is not clean, the wash basin is dirty, the water in the wash basin can't go out, the toilet door can't be closed 🙁 The front desk staff is not helpful and doesn't say anything, such as: when to eat breakfast, where to eat, etc. … I don't know how to get a 4 star hotel review and get the best2021 awards

Rapeepan was one of our favorite hotels. This hotel is beautiful in design and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and engaging and helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Our room was amazing, very quiet, luxurious and sleep quality excellent.

The hotel has good and clean rooms which are a descent size. The breakfast is basic but has all you need, both Thai and continental breakfast are offered. There is also a small restaurant which offers good Thai food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights and everything was great. Also the bed was really comfortable. The rooms are very clean and you have a lot of space. The fridge is working and you have hot water. If I would come back to ubon anytime I would book it again! Thanks a lot for the nice stay!

We took the deluxe room (so the basic one) it is clean and big enough, it's a pity that the bathroom is a bit narrow. He is careful because there is no elevator so if you have mobility problems, ask for the floor sheave.
