First room I had was not even cleaned. Called front desk, guy said he would report it to the cleaning department, nothing happed so I moved rooms. Hair on shower walls, tub, toilet and sink. Heavily used bar of soap in shower. Toilet bowl was not cleaned and badly needed it. Door jam was loose in wall like an attempt to kick it in had been made. Moved rooms, found heavily used bar of soap in shower, otherwise room was clean.

Checked int room, door jam was loose in the wall like an attempt to kick it in had been made, heavily used bar of soap in shower, hair allover shower walls, tub and curtain, toilet had hair on the bowl and seat and evidence of use in the bowl, dirty bathroom sink. Not clean at all. When I called hotel to clean the room, guy that answered the phone simply said, “I will convey the message to the house keeping department.”

Overall, this has to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The overall appearance of the property is poor: half cut down trees, tree limbs everywhere, overflowing trash cans during my entire stay, parking lot needing repair, most entrances to parking lot closed. The rooms were non-smoking, but upon my first time entering the room, i found a cigarette butt on the floor just under the A/C unit, which told me the room wasn't cleaned well. The room overall looked beat up - paint scratched up, door was not sealed (allowing cold air in at all times), microwave was beat up and struggled to function, TV cable allowed only a few channels to come through clearly. There was no phone to call the front desk, and no one came to my room the entire stay to clean or exchange linens (was not made clear if this was something that had to be requested).

If you're looking for a place just to rest your head looking for no chills or thrills not worried about an older hotel with cracks in the plaster which didn't make difference to me the bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was a clean bed and it was very quiet

You get what you pay for. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was a blob of hair stuck in the bath drain that looked nasty. The toilet bottom was filthy. The towel for a shower didnt even cover half of me. And i am not a huge woman. I did feel uneasy and like my car would be broken into. Check in was fast.

Terrible room. No toiletries whatsoever. No iron nor ironing board. King bed had 3 pillows with sheet set and 1 blanket. No coffee/tea in room. Very dirty overall….windows, window sill, floors, walls, door, bathroom, hair in drain. If I was able to post pictures here I would. I’m so surprised ******* would allow this place on its site without verifying.

I’ve stayed here once in a while for work since it was a Ramada Inn. It’s been better and definitely lots worse, but starting to look good again. Unfortunately, guests are already damaging their new upgrades. In the room I stayed in, there was a new laminate floor, it looked very nice, but someone had scraped about a two foot gouge in it. I don’t even know how; the heavy item was lifted in the room and then scraped along the floor?? The bed had sparkling white sheets, I guess any type of covering is out these days... The wall unit worked well, it did not make loud off/on noises and I could sleep. The room was very quiet aside from the occasional muscle car going down 323. They did keep some of the original parts...like the doors. They’ve been repainted without *****ping the old paint since the 70s and the build up doesn’t look that great. I guess that’s part of the insulation. The pool area looked very nice, although I only saw it from my room, not close up. The worst parts are the sidewalks in front of the rooms and the north parking lot with crumbling road. There were plenty of bright white lights out there, though, but I still thought maybe my horrible old car might be broken into. It wasn’t, though. Some of the guest looked transient. The price on ******* was ok, but I sure wouldn’t pay over $90 to stay here. The bathtub looked great. The bathroom tile had cracks here and there, it didn’t match the tub and the person who installed it wasn’t the greatest.

We didnt end up staying because the smell of ***** was so overwhelming in our room from the neighboring room, the rooms were not what was advertised and the staff would not do anything about it, nor would they refund our money we ended up booking at another hotel executive inn & suites where we extremely impressed with the facility as well as the service.
