Peninsula Motor Inn

We had to abandon motel as we couldn't put up with bad smell of room any longer it was even hurting our eyes it smelt like between a dusty smell and a stale hooch smell guessing was coming through the adjoining door behind bedhead to other room on right side think was a permanent residence room id say room we got had been closed up and it stunk also no heating we were cold so at after 4 hours we left and got another motel as office was closed so we couldn't ask for a different room I contact trip help they could not get in contact with management and refund us a lousy $16 won't be using trip app for bookings ever again so our trip ended up very expensive having to pay for 2 motels for one night stay very disappointed

Room clean and roomy and bed comfortable. It is positioned next to the airport and near the antique centres. Room had no air conditioning and not much ventilation so had a poor sleep. It was a hot and humid day. Need to put in air conditioning and maybe a ceiling fan.

The room was tiny, bed & 2 seat couch were uncomfortable, no bedside table. Way over priced for what you get. It was clean, very old but clean and housekeeping ladies were lovely. Total disappointment in the room.

All i could taste the whole time was dust ...both times i have stayed at this motel you turn on the air conditioner and the room gets hotter and dusty as hell ...i had to open the front door at 3 am just to let some air in because i woke up coughing my guts out from how stuffy and dusty it was .....never again

It is far from main beaches and city centre , prices were cheap compare other places i think how much you pay how much you get , i think if you cant find accommodation around peninsula its ok for one night stay.it needs to improve specialy entry for night ,no sign .

All okay, Room need new cabinet with refrigerator open space update, Problems with air conditioning. Need upgrade new car parking asphalt And there are no restaurants at this motol.

Uncomfortable mattress, toilet wasnt working well.( the flushing nob kept popping out) No easy place to fill the kettle. Won’t stay again unless it goes through a renovation.

It was cold and we could not work out how to turn on any heating. Would advise to being extra blankets

Property was clean but very tired Staff did their best
