The price is really reasonable. I stayed at this hotel on the way to Sapa. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It will be a good option when traveling to the northern area of Hanoi. I totally recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, a bit dated design, good for short trip.

DISHONEST IMAGES on TRIP APP 1. when i checked in the hotel address booked in advance, the receptionist directed to the other Royal hotel nearby which was 3stars, not 4 stars as stated. They said it was due to low hotel rate booked. App and actual is different. App is 4 stars and exact address and didnt say there was 3star hotel instead. It seemed like tricking customers. 2. Booking is triple room but in fact twin room. Please just post exact information so as not to confuse customers. Thank you

Old rooms, dirty towels, traces of mold in the bathroom and poor breakfast! The staff at the Royal Palace hotel speak broken English. To flee !

The room was pretty good and quite spacious. The restaurants nearby are not that good. Overall, it's okay to achieve this level in this area. The pho for breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is conveniently located in the urban area; the place where we ate last year was also nearby, and the front desk staff was also very nice. ;The whole room is sanitary and clean. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is clean and tidy, comfortable and cost-effective. It is not far from the lake, there is a Vincom market, and there are many hotels and bars.

Great hotel to stay for a night. The breakfast is not very special but good enough with different choices and also some Western products.

The place is clean and safe. I came here for the second time and will continue to stay when I come here
