Es Apartments

We know Turunc very well and can honestly say this is the worst apartment we have stayed in. The only thing Es apartments really has going for it is the view. It's time these apartments were given a thorough face lift.

just had 2 weeks at Es appartments .the appartments are very basic. we were kindly moved to a upper floor ,yes lots of steps but view was amazing, we ate in theie resterant a few times .meals were fab,large portions ,very tasty. and wonderful service .the staff are very friendly and helpful

Stayed here for 16 nights from Sept 18th We were put in block 2 which we had a few steps up to get to, there is a lift from the street up 2 floors to the reception and bar / restaurant Room was basic but had everything we needed, lovely views, with a fridge, 2 ring cooker and basic self catering utensils. Air con worked well and cost £60, safe was £25. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble, the restaurant food is fab from English breakfast, snacks to fabulous evening meals with fantastic views. There is a 925 jewellery shop below owned by the hotel, the prices are by weight, I had a beautiful ring for only £32. Hotel guests get 5%off jewellery and 10% off food. If you want a great friendly basic base for exploring and can manage a few stairs then this is for you, if you want luxury then think again. Internet is in reception not in the rooms and using roaming is expensive. Would we return? Yes, it is great value for money.

Apartments were basic but very clean, we stayed on the top floor and although there was lots of steps to climb it was worth it for the view. The food was very good. Had breakfast there pretty much every day. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We've already booked to go back next year

After visiting this village for 22 years this is the first time we have had a really bad experience and Jet 2 holidays weren't interested. Send a health and safety inspector in and close the place until its up to standard

The single worst apartment we have ever stepped foot inside. This place is a SCAM. The advertised rooms are not the room we were given, we booked through on the beach.com and have family in Turunc who spoke to the owner and advised we were arriving at 6am. 2 adults 2 children. We were expecting a double room with a sofa bed for the children. On arrival we were taken to our room, which consisted of 1 bedroom with two single beds with AC. The living room/kitchen had a dirty, small stained sofa bed that may have allowed one person to sleep on it for one night, certainly not two children for a week. There was no bedding for the children. Living room has no AC, with temporaries hitting 40c. The living room also had a broken TV cabinet, although as there was a wall mounted TV I assume this was just there for some where to store broken furniture. The living room also considered of one arm chair, which was missing a for so you couldn't sit in it without toppling out. The bathroom had black mould, damaged seals around the shower not towels and was just filthy dirty. The kitchen again was dirty, you could feel the grime on the doors, the fridge again was filthy dirty (I'd rather have risked milk out of the fridge than in it!) We asked if we had the right room and showed the pictures of what we had booked and were assured we were in the right room. We asked for bedding for the children and were provided with a dirty, torn and stained sheet, a pillow with a torn pillow case and a yellow strained (urine?) Bed sheet. At this point we decided to go to our families house and regroup, we had been awake at this point 22 hours. We decided to find a new apartment in turunc and returned to collect our luggage. While the manager was upset and was willing to "get us a bed for the living room" appeared to not be able to understand the rest of our concerns. When we went to with our luggage and children from the apartment, My wife who was just behind me was physically stopped from leaving the apartment, he put himself between her and the exit, and continued trying to convince her to return. We have had no apology and no refund, we noted that two days later they had re-rented the apartment. Please if you have a family DO NOT USE ES APARTMENTS

This hotel is fabulous… the views are outstanding.. and the staff at this place are excellent… especially Fatih and the boys can’t do enough for you at these apartments … the pool … yes pool … is excellent on the hot afternoons .. just bliss.. Well worth a visit 🇹🇷❤️

Just returned from a 3 week holiday at the ES apartments, all I can say is WOW!! The views were amazing and we had 3 balconies with views looking over turunc beach and the mountains "room 301" which were all lit up at night. We went with friends so had a fabulous time, and enjoyed the views when having a drink by the bar or having a meal breakfast/dinner in the restaurant part, the food was delicious also had a few desserts 😋 the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble!! The rooms were cleaned everyday by husband and wife ( A team ) we will definitely be going back next year!! So Thank you to all the staff and the chefs for a brilliant stay 🍹🍸🐈😎

Absolutely loved staying at Es. Perfect location in every way. Mehmet, Fatih and all the staff ar Es are such lovely people, so kind, friendly and courteous, they cannot do enough for you, nothing is ever too much trouble for them whatever time of day it is. We had 2 rooms with spectaular views. They were cleaned daily, they were spacious and the air con was excellent. Lots of steps, but we didn't mind as the exercise was good after all the amazing food and all the drinking we did. The Restaurant over looks Turunc, such a wonderful view. The service is exceptional. The staff work so hard in extreme temperatures and never moan. Daytime and evening meals were always excellent, especially the lamb shin. Turunc is such a lovely safe place to holiday. We cannot wait to return and would definitely not stay anywhere else but Es. The best place we have ever stayed in Turkey. Would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at Es for making our holiday so amazing.
