The service was extremely poor. Several plates of cold dishes at breakfast contained foreign objects, and the waiters were sullen. They only allowed guests to take one egg. This hotel caters to tour groups, and the service, environment, and hygiene were all subpar. I would not recommend this hotel for individual business or leisure travel.

The location seems to be about a block away from the city center. There isn't much traffic on the road in front of the hotel. Still, catching a taxi isn't difficult. If you check out early in the morning, there are no staff present. There is security. The rooms are average. The staff were friendly.

The hostess was very nice, and the front desk service was excellent! We originally booked a special room, and she proactively changed it to a deluxe double.
