Just had a one night stay at this hotel and have to say we are very disappointed. It was for my husbands birthday. This was by no means a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars in turkey and this one does not come close.
The complex itself is very nice but service is very poor. Not enough staff on each department. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. And the food was terrible 😞 I only stayed one night and was sick with stomach cramps all night 😞 We actually left early which I never do !!
Also the drinks choice was very poor and not good quality at all 🤷♀️
We went to use the gym at 18.00 to be told that it was closed for the evening ? Why?
I would not recommend this hotel and would not

All the facilities of the hotel are very nice. We had the opportunity to have a 4-day holiday with my family and we liked it very much. The room and all areas are very clean. Our room was cleaned daily. The pool and social areas were nice and clean. The meals were both diverse and delicious. It would have been better if there was more animation during the day, but we still had a very nice holiday. I thank Trip.

We loved our hotel room. The bed was big, comfortable and we had a beautiful sleep. The staff was nice and the food was good. Be careful With the mobile data, don’t use it if you are from abroad as they are extremely expensive, my friend used her mobile data and she was charged by 02 , £320 for the 7 days she stayed so pay for the WiFi and be aware that it’s only working while you are in the hotel, it’s not working when you are by the pool.

We had a fantastic holiday at Alan Xafira Deluxe Resort & Spa! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious and stylish rooms, cleanliness, and comfort. The pools are large and well-maintained, and the water slides provide endless fun, especially for kids. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options at every meal. In addition to the buffet restaurant, the à la carte restaurants were also impressive. The staff was always friendly and ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the animation team for their incredible energy—the daily activities and evening shows added so much fun to our trip. The beach was easily accessible and very clean. With all the amenities the hotel offers, we had the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable vacation, I highly recommend Alan Xafira!

I stayed at this hotel with my father and other family members from 23rd April to 30th April 2024. On 25th April 2024, my father left his hotel room alone around 7 a.m. and went to the gym (we believe). He returned to the room approximately 11 minutes later, appearing disoriented and concussed. Unfortunately, he suffered a brain hemorrhage as a result of the injury, fell into a coma, and tragically passed away 11 days later at a local hospital in Turkey nearby the hotel. Our experience with the hotel during this time was deeply troubling. The hotel was extremely uncooperative and delayed showing us any CCTV footage until April 29, 2024. They also refused to involve the police, forcing us to contact authorities ourselves. Despite our requests, they would not provide footage from the basement floor where the incident occurred, leaving us without answers about what happened to my father—something I may never fully understand. Additionally, the hotel’s overall conditions were unsatisfactory. The premises were unsafe and dirty, and the food quality was diabolical. The hotel was very dark, constantly had wet floors, full of stray cats, unhelpful staff I strongly urge others to reconsider booking this hotel, as my experience was both distressing and unsettling.
