Staff were great and so helpful! Lovely breakfast and really nice room! Easy access to the centre of Turin. Food store close by and a really nice restaurant. Definitely recommend you stay! No complaints at all!

This was our third visit to this hotel and as always we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our allocated room was not very good but it was changed quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The replacement room was good and modern. The only complaint we have is that the shower cubicle is far too small. Large people will have great difficulty getting in and out let alone actually washing. Additionally the hotels location is good, being close the Porta Susa railway station. No need for a taxi. The restaurant across the road is recommended as is the Sushi restaurant just around the corner at the top of the Via Cernaia. Turin is nice city with not too many tourists and wealth of excellent places to see and places to eat at. We have been visiting Turin for 16 years as our son lives here - we love it. We stayed 4 nights in this Hotel in May 2022. Paid quite a high price during those periods, possibly because of many concerts/matches and the fact not many hotels available around those dates made us choose this one. Temperature was around 26-30 degC during our stay. So the room was very hot. There is no fan, we have to open the window throughout the day to get some fresh air. However at night there were so much noises across the street, people were shouting, traffic, noises from the cars buzzing around really disturbed my quality of sleep. Wifi in the room was also very weak and I had always problems accessing wifi from my laptop (sometimes i need to be online to check my work emails/meetings). The room was also a bit old, interior is kind of dusty and maintenance can be done a lot better to improve the quality of guest stay. I came to Turin to watch a concert and expecting a calm/relaxed holiday. Had i known the situation earlier I would not book this hotel and choose rather calm, a bit outside of the city that allow us to rest after long day exploring in Turin. One thing that was good is the reception worker is very polite and tried their best to help us with information.

We stayed here as a couple for two nights stay. We were shocked by how nice our room was at first glance, seemed very modern and had a cool balcony. However we soon noticed that there were loads and loads of ants on the floor, wardrobe, bathroom. We obviously told the staff who, when we went out, said they sprayed everywhere/surface in the room with I presume bug spray. This was fine I suppose apart from the fact that all of this spray will have gone all over all our belongings and our bed, which isn’t great. Some ants remained but they said there was nothing more they could do. The main thing you want in a hotel is for it to be clean (bug-less) so this was a real downer as we darent put anything on the floor or in the wardrobe incase ants got in it! We then got a visit saying we were being too loud when ironically I was writing a review on the last place we stayed whilst my partner showered, so we certainly weren’t being loud, not even speaking. Aircon was very loud, couldn’t keep it on all night as it sounded like a car, but at least it worked. Breakfast was fine, hot food looked horrible but they had yoghurts and juice which sufficed. Very good location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

This hotel was booked due to our car broke down in Turin. So not the happiest couple arrived in a rental car to the hotel and from that moment we were just amazed by the hotel staff. What a team! The hotel service turned out to be at a 5 star level hidden in a suburb to Turin! This was not what we expected! We left Turin after just one night with a fixed car and a fantastic hotel experience! I have never found such a large bed and located in a good position, about 20 minutes walk from the center of Turin, with which it is also very well connected by public transport. Very kind staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room, which is truly excellent and plentiful for both sweet and savory dishes, despite the bad habit of several guests of filling bags and backpacks with sandwiches, cold cuts, cheeses and fruit to take away. The rooms are large, although the bathrooms are a little less than adequate.

What a brilliant hotel - a real unexpected gem. We stayed here in Turin for 4 nights and were honestly blown away by the quality of this hotel - especially as it was within budget. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, very modern, and even boasts a fabulous rooftop solarium that has Bali beds, a hammock, sun beds and a jacuzzi pool. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, a large, immaculate bathroom - and black out shutters that provided a wonderfully in disturbed sleep. Our room was silent - no noise from outside or from other guests. It was cleaned to a high standard every day and was immaculate in every way. It’s been one of our favourite stays anywhere to date. The staff are friendly, helpful and a real joy to interact with. We happily sat at night in one of the two lounge areas and felt relaxed and happy there. There were so many lovely touches that just made our stay extra special. and we really didn’t want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who might be going to Turin on a city break or for business. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. I stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel is a charm! The location is ideal. The rooms were clean and elegant. The decor was magnificent. The spa is simply out of the world. The breakfast was one of the best. If you are in Turino, you gotta stay here.

Premetto che è stata la prima volta che ho alloggiato in un ostello, quindi non ho termini di paragone per valutarlo nel suo genere e forse avevo aspettative troppo elevate... Ad ogni modo procedo con la recensione... La struttura è molto particolare, molto ”urban style”, l'ambiente è giovanile e informale. Lo staff è giovane e amichevole, ma forse un po' inesperto: considerato che comunque forniscono un servizio alberghiero a pagamento, mi aspetto professionalità. Noi abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla ad uso privato per la nostra famiglia, con due bagni piccolissimi e senza bidet (grosso handicap, ma lo sapevo sin dall'inizio). I letti erano comodi, l'arredo essenziale. Pulizia buona. Per il deposito bagagli sono disponibili degli armadi, ma devi avere il tuo lucchetto, sennò te ne vendono uno alla reception a prezzo di costo: non so se negli ostelli si usi così, ma il deposito bagagli è veramente un servizio minimo basilare, mi aspettavo che fosse ”completo”. La colazione è stata veramente minimal, a fronte di un prezzo piuttosto alto. Tra l'altro, per un fraintendimento in sede di prenotazione, avevo capito che la colazione fosse compresa nel prezzo, quindi è stata una brutta sorpresa aver dovuto aggiungere altri € 27,00 al giorno per fare colazione in loco, considerato anche che il prezzo della stanza già non era stracciato (però, a onor del vero, siamo andati in occasione di un ponte, ci poteva stare che il prezzo della camera fosse superiore alla media). L'errore sulla colazione inclusa/non inclusa è stato mio, però rileggendo la corrispondenza con lo staff dell'ostello, secondo me si capiva che avevo preso un abbaglio, quindi avrei gradito essere corretta subito... Per il resto posso dire che la struttura è comodissima per il centro storico e per i mezzi pubblici. Nei dintorni c'è molta scelta per pranzo e cena. C'è comunque anche il ristorante interno. Per i pochi giorni di permanenza il Combo ha fatto il suo dovere ed è stata una soluzione funzionale. Se non si hanno troppe pretese e si cerca giusto un posto per pernottare, questo ostello è una struttura strategica per la visita alla bella città di Torino.
