Adalesia Hotel & Coffee

Great location, excellent cleanliness. The staff was incredibly kind and the breakfast was delicious. While the room itself was nice and comfortable, the bathroom had some design flaws. The toilet paper holder was positioned in a way that made it almost impossible to stand and pee comfortably, and the sanitary fixtures were poorly oriented, making the bathroom inconvenient. Also, there's no mini-fridge, even though there's a cabinet clearly designed for one. Even if it's not mandatory in a three-star hotel, charging an extra five euros would easily cover the cost in less than two months. Other than that, it's a great hotel for its value for money!

We later discovered that they were not staying in the hotel but in a building next door. To have breakfast in the morning, we had to leave this building and go to the hotel, another street number that is not in the reservation! It's a scam! And the room was not like the photo! The bathroom was so small that to pee you had to sit sideways because your legs didn't fit in the space between the wall and the toilet! Terrible stay! We asked to change rooms and stay where we had booked, but they refused, saying that everything was full! No attention to the customer! No safety regulations, there were no fire extinguishers on the entire floor where we were staying!

Excellent location near the train station and the city center. Quiet room. Bathroom a bit small. Overall, we're satisfied; good value for money.
