It was a homey two storey building with bunches of old antiques scattered around. Level two upstairs is wood flooring so no shoes allowed. Slippers provided to go to their wide and large bathrooms with water heaters, shampoo, soap etc. There's a small veranda beside the bathrooms upstairs. Iron and hair dryers also provided. Wide lockers at the bottom of the bunk beds. Mini fridge, coffee and tea for everyone to use. Two front doors for double security. Hosts are friendly.

A very comfy and cozy hostel/dorm with a nostalgic cafe, good location & good price. The hosts are accommodating and friendly, highly recommended!
Easily accessible to Taiping Lake Gardens and major attractions.

There is a cafe in front and a B&B on the second floor.
Right in the city center of Taiping.
The picture shows a 24-hour convenience store and a 24-hour restaurant.
The room is very clean, the walkways are in good condition, and the equipment is good.

The location is in the city center. There are many delicious food nearby and it is very convenient. I like the style of decoration. This is a place where you can relax, relax and make friends. It feels like home.

This youth hostel feels like a home. I originally planned to stay only for one night but couldn't help but stay for three nights. It was so good. Free chocolate coffee and water, close to the zoo and museum.

After one night in October 2017, I specially returned to this guesthouse to enjoy another night there. That nearly says it all. The quirky decoration, the friendly staff, the very convenient location in the centre of Taiping and lots of foodstalls across the street from the guesthouse contribute to the attraction. The bunk beds have very large storage room under the bed or in the room for upper bunks. There is a/c in the room, but the room mates have to agree whether to keep it on or off. My tiny fan was not up to the task, and I would have preferred to enjoy a/c instead but had agreed to a/c off with my other room mate. I had to leave before 9a.m., therefore did not meet the daytime staff in the morning and did not experience the cafe. Sojourn offers water and hot coffee/tea, no breakfast included

Our stay was perfect all the time. The staff is extremely friendly and became our tour guide introducing taiping tourist attractions. Will certainly come back to stay again after this.
