The room was too small.
The kettle was dirty , I needed to make milk for my daughter in the night and i had to bring it to the receptionist to change but they said they will send the new one later but until tomorrow morning they didn't send a replacement. They just cleaned it but it was too late because it was morning already.
When we were checking in , there was a dead cockroach inside the elevator. Until we checked out the dead cockroach was still there.
The tv cannot be used. I asked the receptionist for remote control but they said the tv cannot be used. So why put tv in the room? I pay nearly RM190 just for one night, at least please provide a clean kettle and functioning television. I don't think i will come again to this hotel in the future. It is a lesson for us. Thank you.

The overall condition for this hotel is bad.cleanliness & facility also bad. Wifi service also down during the stay. Need to improve a lot.
