非常老舊的酒店 能四星我也是笑了
學學人家焉耆行不行 建議大家住一下焉耆的天福 同樣是縣城 到底什麼是四星的規格
前台辦入住的時候上來就問我能不能換大床房 我直接拒絕 住大床房我自己不會定嗎要你們安排？
房間大但是沒啥用 看着衞生也不行
最搞笑的是我老公打電話要倆枕頭 通知了前台 結果一晚上沒送來 早餐就是土豆絲西蘭花之類的熱菜 不見葷腥 咖啡機出的是白水 你們操作真的很牛掰 我們訂酒店就是衝著規格讓自己能住舒服
結果這次是南疆之行最不舒服的 還不如尉犁的三星 總之是踩雷

旅遊小高峯的這個訂單比起住在吐魯番市區算是很有性價比了。
驅車趕往後，進入大廳就讓你很滿意，寬敞的華麗的大廳和優質的前台服務很讓人滿意。房間是改造過的，夠大，比較新！窗外是河流橋樑景觀很愜意舒服。樓前樓後都有停車位，車位足夠。

性價比很高，房間乾淨整潔無異味，很大面積，床品潔凈，停車場非常大，方便停車，早餐不錯，睡覺很安靜，唯一的遺憾就是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，不過這邊空氣乾燥，打濕的地面一會就幹了。

傍晚六點多辦理入住手續時感覺酒店位置和裝修不錯，本想隨便訂個大床被告知服務員已經下班，當天高層退出來的房間沒人打掃，可以選擇底層房間。瞭解了一下，套房可以高層且觀景，便立即訂了套房。結果不知道是不是自己入住時太好説話，次日退房使以小方巾有一點咖啡的黃漬要求我們等半小時，待服務員用84消毒液浸泡幾十分鐘，可以洗乾淨就不要我們賠錢，否則以40元價錢賠償酒店。頓時感覺無語，哪家酒店的小方巾不是擦桌子擦茶漬這些的呢，難道客人睡覺時壓死蚊子也要等服務員看是否能洗乾淨血跡才能離開，否則賠償被褥嗎。這麼多年入住酒店，竟然遇到這麼奇葩的做法，是覺得客人開房時無所謂就想以一些有的沒的理由賺小費嗎，不可理喻，無法理解。個人覺得自己已經是文明顧客，即沒損壞房間物品，也沒拿走多餘東西，但以這種理由被刁難，感覺是一種侮辱。雖然經理後來處理了，不收賠款，但個人覺得這是原則問題，貴酒店管理很有問題，請酒店高層重視起來。現在哪裡沒有酒店，這樣欺負不遠萬里過來的遊客，確定好嗎。

酒店的位置很好，可能是當地最好的酒店啦，就在白楊河公園邊上；本想看看杏花，結果小杏子都有了；酒店的房間很大，比較乾淨，服務人員的態度很好，就是設施較差，電視沒有信號，淋浴的花灑有問題，水温也是不正常，要麼低，要麼高，無法調節；早餐衹能説可以吃飽，沒有新疆奶茶，但有速溶咖啡和豆漿，新疆的涼菜還好。
