Place was nice. Could have been cleaner. The worst thing was the bad bearing in the AC unit. Kept screaming every 15 - 20 minutes either waking us up or keeping us awake all night both nights. We told them about it and nothing was done. They did offer to move us at 11:00 pm the second night. Still waiting for a refund.

Free street parking on weekends ! We Had no issue with finding a spot . Close to BOK. Room large and clean .

The room was great had a good view of down town. towards BOK center. Breakfast was okay would like a few more options like pancakes or waffles, the sausage patties looked like they where under cooked. The only other thing would be a microwave in the room. The rest of the stay was great

This hotel and rooms are SUPER clean and modern and the staff(Valet, Front Desk, bar) were EXCEPTIONAL! However, the walls arent exactly soundproof and the hallways carried sound like an opera hall. The heater sounded like a diesel generator (it was -2 outside so Ill cut it some slack.) If you're used to a noisier hotel experience then this place is a great hotel and value. If you want quiet, might look elsewhere.

My wife and I were passing through Tulsa on our way to Dallas and stayed at the Hyatt Place. We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is very trendy and chic, and the rooms offered an excellent view of downtown Tulsa. The breakfast was delicious and served inside their stunning lobby. We would absolutely stay again.

Stay was nice. Breakfast was great. Only issue. No Hot water for shower male clerk sis t seem to think it was a big deal. Told me I should have checked the water before I got in. It was only after several more customers complained that they decided to do something about it.
