Bathroom caulking on floor gone in some places & very small. Sign outside newly renovated? Not rooms for ******* customers!! Heating unit very nosey. Worst of all complained 2nd day housekeeping was also the worst! Not vacuumed, drinking glasses left dirty, no new ones, dirty sink & counter, 3rd day tub not cleaned, sink dirty, counter by TV dirty. Complained to front desk each day, am & pm and was told they would forward to the proper person. By text Linda & Malakai & would forward to housekeeping.
On our last night! Found room clean except for bathtub & sink area. I was told housekeeping Manager would call on Saturday the day prior to our leaving. No call received!!
I have come to the conclusion that ******* is given worn down rooms!!
We purchase our trips thru ******* and this results in a very bad profile in what ******* customers are given in accommodations. Housekeeping Mgr & housekeeper assigned should be held responsible.
We stayed 4 nights and I am requesting a discount. I believe you should know what kind of service is being given to your customers. Both Linda & Malakai were given this information by test when the inquired about our stay.
