Sapa Pine Hill Eco Lodge

We stayed for 4 nights in March 2024 in a One bed bungalow. From the outset, the staff could not do enough for us, and we were looked after very well. The bungalow was comfortable, very clean, and as an added bonus, on colder evenings, an electric blanket was switched on for us 😀 Breakfast was included with lovely views from the restaurant. One small drawback which has nothing to do with Pine Hill hotel, is that there is a hotel higher up the hillside which has karaoke from 1900-2300, and it was loud in our room a couple of nights. I would highly recommend Pine Hill Eco Lodge. Thank you so much to the team.

A wonderful stay with great hospitality by all the staffs here. Breakfast is of good quality thou limited but it definitely enough. A surprise by the staff to provide some food and drinks for us to take along for our long ride back to Hanoi. Alot of food just nearby. We stay in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. Pros- everything is clean , aircon / heater is working. Daily water replenish and room cleaning. Cons- the steep slope up to the hotel. For elderly and young children best is just take a taxi up.

Beautiful wooden cottage near Sapa Town centre. We were staying in the family cottage with two rooms at the top floor. The view from the balcony is simply beautiful. You can also enjoy the stunning view of the town centre with the gorgeous mountains in the backdrop at the restaurant on level four where guests go there for breakfast. Staff were always kind, helpful and serve with a ready smile. Would definitely recommend Pine Hill Ecolodge for a luxurious, tranquil and safe stay in Sapa.

I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is up on gentle hill away from the centre of town, yet just a short walk away from the monorail station at Sun Plaza. Ricky the manager upgraded me to a villa, but unfortunately I was woken up by workers clearing an area next to the hotel at 6.00am with their loud noise, knocking and laughing. Ricky moved me to my original booking of a Deluxe Room, which was much appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast however was very basic. It may be worthwhile to take a short walk to the town centre where there are a lot of breakfast choices. Ricky got the kitchen to prepare me some sandwiches for my trip back to Hanoi, in case I got hungry. That was a nice touch. Thanks to Ricky and his team.

Nice & new hotel. Had a room upgrade. Room with balcony and nice valley view. Reception staff very friendly and give good suggestions on what to do. Good location and walking distance to sun plaza, the lake and market. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok with good enough choices. Bed with heat pad and pillow are comfortable. When I check out and taking bus to Hanoi, the hotel even prepare a pack meal for me

Pine Hill Ecolodge is a new property, very modern, but with a beautiful wooden lodge-style cabins and architecture. It's a perfect base from which to start your explorations in and around Sapa, being centrally located, but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. What really set it apart though was the absolutely fantastic service from all of the staff. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. Massive shout out to Ricky and Lann! 🙏🏼 If you're looking for the best view of the town and valley beyond, and are considering a 2 BR cottage, I'd recommend room 602 if it's available. Highly recommended - we'll certainly be staying there again if we ever venture to Sapa again in the future.

Mr Ricky‘s service is top notch from arranging for our bus transfer between Hanoi and Sapa, meal recommendations, spa recommendations, etc. We have nothing but very satisfied with his services rendered to us. I have some dietary restrictions and Mr Ricky went to great lengths to help me on my meals. I am totally impressed and grateful to him. 👍👍 A big thanks to Mr Ricky and also Ms Lanh Lanh . They have made our stay in Sapa Pine Hill a very pleasant experience. We will surely to go back to find them again. 👍👍 Lastly, the bungalow assigned to us, has a very nice view of the city Center. 👍👍
