Walking distance to the main square.
The owner Harry is very helpful and warm. Since we arrived early morning, the let us leave our bags and suggested few places for us to visit.
Came back from fangsipan (spent almost 4hrs there) and checked about 5pm.
Breakfast was included in the room charge. Decent breakfast :- toasted bread , cheese, eggs + noodles. Self serve vietnamese coffee / tea included.
If i ever come Sapa again, will definitely stay here. Value for money.

We chose this hotel because of the reviews of how friendly the manager was, and we were not disappointed. We arrived at his door at 6am with no booking, and he took care of us and stored our bags. Me and my husband came down with the stomach flu, and he pointed us to nearby pharmacies, helped us with English-fluent advice on medicines, offered to make us soup every time we saw him, and bought us some instant soup packets that we could make in our room and turned out to be the absolute perfect thing to help, becoming the only thing we ate for a full day. When I came for towels late in the night to cool my husband’s fever, he offered a tip with oil and warm rags that worked to cure the fever. Once we recovered, we were on our way out the door on a cold drizzly day and my husband didn’t have a coat, and this man literally gave him the coat off his back. I can tell he went into the hotel business because he cares about people, and we could feel it at our stay. I have no idea what we would have done on our trip to Sapa without him. Hotel Snow is a hidden gem, clean, and beautifully decorated and designed, and is worth 5 stars for the business owner alone.

Checked in late and staff were so accomodating. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast nice. Main desk was very helpful when we wanted information on where to go/ things to do and on departure gave us water and snacks, a really lovely touch. Will definitely return if back in Sapa and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Sapa Snow

We only stayed here for one night, but it was really worth it. Our room was big and we had everything we needed, for a very reasonable price. The hotelmanager Harry speaks good English and is very helpful and generous. It is unfortunate that we already booked some trekkings in Sa Pa before arrival, because Harry has a lot of experience and knew all about the area. He always made sure that we had enough food and water for our trips, arranged our bus to the train station for a good price, and even let us shower after check-out, because we felt sweaty after the trekking. Close to Sa Pa centre. Would really recommend!

We only had one night in Sapa. We arrived without reservation, the manager was very kind, let us check in before the regular time. The room was clean and confortable, great rate. They helped us to organize our trekkings, and even got us a bus to travel from Sa Pa to Lao Cai. Excelent coffee and breakfast, good location. Totally recomend it!

I was happy with this 3-star hotel in SAPA. Walking distance into town. The staff are friendly. I had a room with a balcony facing the street. Room was clean and comfortable. Two thing that did not appeal to me. 1). The dining area is small and cramped.2) The shower area has no partition so that when you shower it wets the whole bathroom. However, for a one-night stay, it was ok for us.

Good facilities and comfy bed. The staff are so helpful and friendly. This hotel was the base for our hiking tour and ding ding could not do enough to accommodate our every need. He gave us a room for an hour when we arrived at 6.30am to freshen up before setting of on the hike, he then had our clothes cleaned and trainer dried when we returned, he organised two bikes for us the following day and told us a brilliant route to go and explore. The food was all wonderful. The location was perfect. Very well organised and accommodating family run hotel.

The service here is incredible! We arrived much earlier than expected and had to wake up Harry the owner. But he welcomed us with open arms and we were allowed to move into our rooms immediately. Everything you need can be found here. Everything clean and tidy. The bathroom does not have its own shower enclosure, but this is often found in Vietnam. The hotel owner is so accommodating!!!! During our trekking tour in nature we were allowed to leave our backpacks at the hotel and afterwards Harry would have simply let us shower again, even if we hadn't decided to stay another night afterwards. He then helped us incredibly to organize our further trip and was just really great! Breakfast was wonderful and dinner can also be highly recommended. And whatever wishes you have, they try to fulfill them immediately! So definitely a big recommendation!
