I booked the family room with baloncy. The room is large, with a king bed, it has a separator, then a bulk bed. Thus it is very good for 4 pax to stay. The bed is comfortable, not to soft and to my liking. The hotel is just next to the Sapa market and bus station. If you like to buy local stuff like nuts, it is very convenient. To walk to Sun Plaza (Sapa station) and there are many restaurants and cafes, it is about 20 mins walk. Sapa is a small town, thus you will not get lost.

This HOTEL staffs UNHONEST!!!! The room that i order is senior deluxe city view, but when i arrived that, the room no city view, no lamps on the bed top, too dark. No living room like the photos, i asked three times to their staff, but he saids already full booked. And i moved another hotel, and got scam hotel room and got scam of the taxi that their staff called, just from his hotel to boutique hotel normally 27-30, but asked me paid 100.000 dòng vietnam. THIS HOTEL really gave me scam room!!! I disappointed with his manager too, reject my refund, and without figure out my bad experience!!!! I suggest u all do not stay here!!!! Even i ask trip.con to complain, trip.com website, the photos of the room is very bright but the real room that i saw last night can not sleep, NO LAMP on the bed top, too dari, i’m a woman, they let me waited one hour more, and no solve my problem, reject my refund. really DISHONEST!!! And scam room hotel!!!

If you need a break before taking the G8 sleeper bus, this hotel is highly recommended. It's conveniently located right next to the G8 bus stop. We stayed there last-minute due to the rain. The rooms have a retro design with a touch of Sabah style. The hotel features many lotus-themed decorations. The staff is friendly. While the breakfast options are limited, everything else is decent. Luggage storage is also available, which is safer than leaving your luggage with others at the bus stop.
