Sunshine View Sapa Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large. That's where the positives end. The biggest downside is the cleanliness and the staff's attitude towards it. There were fresh stains and someone else's hair on the bedding. We asked for it to be changed, and they brought us bedding that again had hair on it, arguing that it's a budget hotel. In the photos, you can see pillows that should have been thrown out ages ago, a 'clean new pillowcase,' and a basket with clean laundry.
