Eden is great hotel with friendly staff and good service. The front desk is very helpful in answering questions and making arrangements. Recommended for people who need communicative staff and easy access to Sapa centre.

A very nice hotel. Location is great away from the main road so not too noisy but close enough to the city centre (3 minutes walk). Great help at the concierge by friendly Andy, including facilitating transport for us. Buffet breakfast is simple but good.

The accommodation is in good condition!
The staff were very friendly and bright. There was no problem communicating in English.
However, it is very noisy due to construction.
With construction starting at 7 a.m., you can't sleep in!
After eating breakfast in the morning, play right away and come back in the evening.
It's just right~
Not recommended for those who want to rest at the accommodation (when construction ends due to construction)
