Was gald that I booked this hotel as I was deliberating between the other. The view, staff service, cleanliness were all above average. Buffet breakfast selection was good.

We had a very pleasant stay:) the hotel was perfectly located up the hill, took around 15mins from the city center but grab was widely available so that didnt cause any problem! The view from our room was fabulous, the amenities were clean and new. In-door swimming pool was warm but quite crowded and noisy when large familes joined. The outdoor pool was also very serene and peaceful, but the water was too cold for me. We really enjoy walking around the hotel, seeing the beautiful Fansipan along with the place’s beautiful garden :) definitely recommend this place! Breakfast was okay, many choices of cuisine and the best thing is you get to eat outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Dinner was a bit slow but tasted so well (the personal hot pot course was very yummyy!!!) We didnt expect so much as we went to sapa in late June which was predicted to be cloudy and rainy, but the hotel really made everything so much better 💓

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There's a shuttle service from the lobby to the rooms, which is efficient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the environment is beautiful. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a relaxing getaway!

Right opposite Fansipan Cabke car station. Quiet away from the busy city. Good amenities including heated pool and a connected cold infinity pool overlooking the mountains. Great getaway accommodations.

Nice staycation with a beautiful view! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends for their Vietnam trip.
