The rooms are quite nice, the staff is also very enthusiastic, the restaurant cooks very satisfactory, the tour booking service is also very enthusiastic. However, the cleaning outside the hotel still has to improve a lot (the hotel is repaired but the items are fine, so they are neatly arranged and cannot be interrupted). The payment process also has a little problem. The costs incurred by the hotel are relatively high and are not favorable to customers, my group uses up to nearly 20 million dining and tour services. For example, we have two bottles of fighting in the party, the first boiler is 600k, the latter is 800k. .. Tour booked to visit Fansipan peak 750k 1 ticket including lunch, we couldn't eat, the hotel as an agent did not support us, in return we also ate at the hotel's restaurant for nearly 3 million. Hope the hotel will fix these errors. All in the management, I understand the covid season is difficult but should give customers priority, especially our group to support the hotel as much as possible.

Most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed in. Building interior and exterior is full of European vibe. France style decorations which is very detailed Staff is friendly service is great.Only complaints is room floor is not carpeted and bathroom doesn't come with shower screen which will wet the dry area. You will feel like you are in some European country.🤩 Overall damn good hotel with very super nice enchanting decor thru out.

Although only few staff speak English, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, Sapa is very hilly but the bamboo hotel is beautiful and walking distance to everything, 5 minutes walk to Sapa station. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean, the views are spectacular, and the breakfast choices are many, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool overlooks the mountains and rice fields, very quiet and perfectly positioned

Very thankful as they gave us a free room upgrade and we are able to have an amazing view of Sapa from the balcony. The hotel staffs are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room is very beautiful, clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is quite central, less than 10mins from Sapa town/train station, can see the town area from our room. It is roughly a turn away but the hotel is up on the hill so there is some up and down slope involved. Navigating around the hotel is quite manageable and the hotel staffs is very helpful in providing assistance or arrange for taxi. Is definitely worth it to get the room facing the mountains and town as it is very beautiful and scenic.
