Our three day full board stay at Severin Safari Camp was nothing short of exceptional. From the seamless SGR transfer to our return, every detail was handled with immense professionalism and warmth. Accommodations & Housekeeping The rooms are a perfect blend of luxury and authenticity. We were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping team; the attention to detail was evident every time we returned to our room. What makes the stay truly special is the peace, there is no noise, only the incredible sounds of nature surrounding you. It is the ultimate environment for relaxation. Views & Facilities Waking up to the breathtaking view of Mt. Kilimanjaro was a highlight that never got old. Between game drives, we made full use of the facilities, the swimming pool is pristine and offers a refreshing escape from the heat, while the gym is well-equipped for those wanting to stay active even in the wild. Wildlife at Your Doorstep The camp’s design is a dream for any nature lover. With waterholes surrounding the camp, we were able to watch animals congregate right from the comfort of the restaurant or while relaxing on our private room balcony. It provides a front row seat to the wilderness without even having to leave the lodge. The Experience, Mzima Springs & Shetani Lava The game drives were a highlight, thanks to our driver, Suleiman. His patience and deep knowledge of the park’s wildlife made every outing informative and exciting. Our excursions to Mzima Springs, with its crystal clear underwater viewing of hippos, and the dramatic Shetani Lava Flow were absolute must sees. The Sundowner Not to forget the spectacular sundowner experience, waiting for the sun to set with champagne and delicious snacks in the middle of the wilderness was a moment of pure magic. The Service & Dining The entire journey, from the initial point of contact and booking to the complex logistics, was flawlessly handled by Samuel and Sammy in reservations. Their informative approach and warm welcome ensured we settled in perfectly from the moment we arrived. We also sincerely appreciated the Operations Manager, Mr. Rawlings, for his personal touch in checking on us daily to ensure our stay was going well. A huge thank you to Chef Cyril and Magufuli for the delicious and healthy meals, and the service team Tawfiq, McCollins, Bernard, and Natasha who were always one step ahead of our needs. Value for Money From the security team to the hospitality staff, the level of care was top-tier. For the quality of service, the stunning location, and the inclusive experience, it is excellent value for money. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and professional service. Always exceptionally friendly and helpful. All the team was working almost invisibly to please the guests. If I visit the Severin Safari Camp again, I would book a 4 hrs Maasai guided walk in the wildlife (and not only 1). The game drives were spectacular! I can also very much recommend the sundowner on the hill with perfect view on Mt. Kilimanjaro! Will come again!!

Where do I even begin? Severin Camp is truly in a league of its own. Positioned in one of the most breathtaking settings imaginable, right in the heart of nature, yet accessible and perfectly situated for game drives and activities. You truly feel immersed in the wild from the moment you arrive. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth that we felt less like guests and more like family. Rawlings and the entire team set the tone from the very first hello attentive, warm, and absolutely professional. The accommodation was stunning comfortable, beautifully appointed, and perfectly blending with the natural surroundings. The food was exceptional. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented we looked forward to dining as much as we did the game drives! For everything you receive , the accommodation, meals, activities, and world-class service . Severin Camp offers exceptional value. Every shilling is well spent and then some. Every corner of the camp was spotless, from the rooms to the dining area to the common spaces. The attention to cleanliness was impressive and consistent the entire stay. The only sounds you'll hear are the ones nature intended , birdsong in the morning, the rustle of the bush at night, roaring of the lion. Peaceful, serene, and exactly what a safari escape should feel like. Speaking of which , the wildlife experience was breathtaking. The guide Paul was knowledgeable, passionate, and had an incredible eye for spotting animals we would have completely missed. The activities( Visit to mzima springs, sundowner and nature walk were well organised and suited perfectly for the whole family. If you are looking for a safari experience that ticks every single box look no further. Severin Camp is the real deal. We will absolutely be back, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! 10/10 — no hesitation. 🌿🐘

I travelled with my spouse, and we truly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious meals that exceeded our expectations. The service throughout our stay was excellent, professional, prompt, and always delivered with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were well maintained, and every detail contributed to making our experience memorable. A special mention to our driver guide, Paul, who was absolutely amazing during the game drives. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything in detail, from the different bird species to the various types of wildlife we encountered. His passion and expertise made the safari experience even more enjoyable and unforgettable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property and experience to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

This place was amazing. If you're dreaming of a perfect blend of luxury, wild adventure, and great food, this is the place to be. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty—warmly welcomed with cool towels, refreshing drinks, and a view. Giraffes woke us up in the middle of the night just outside our door. They were magical

The experience of being with my family at Severin Safari Camp was wonderful. The self-catering banda we stayed in was very clean and had a fireplace. The first time we encountered wildlife was on the way to the camp, when we saw two leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas, baboons, buffalo, oryx antelope, all with the help of our amazing guide Paul, who was very knowledgeable about wildlife and nature.. As well as the staff, the food at the restaurant was excellent. A highlight for me was the kid's menu. I wish to congratulate the chef and his team. I would like to thank Mr Rawlings, the Operations Manager, and the entire team for their great work. We will be back soon.

Wow, what a place!!! Everything about this place is stunning, the tents are amazing, the hospitality is second to none and the food is good too. We spent two nights here, on the first night we were awoken to the trumpeting of elephants near the waterhole. The second night, whilst sat around the campfire, two lionesses were spotted prowling the perimeter! The Masai was quick to shine his torch onto them, keeping them at arms length! We also had a night game drive, very atmospheric, seeing the wildlife by torchlight was magical. All in all a truly wonderful experience with memories to last a lifetime.

We had an amazing stay! Food was delicious and staff soo friendly. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed for two nights. Our room was located next to a waterhole where we could observe the animals at the evening. Would recommend staying there and would also come again!
