Arrived on a Thursday night and was greeted pleasantly by Kyle. Received a text message shortly after asking if we needed anything. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only small thing we didn’t like was that the hotel is right next to the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise. Otherwise everything was excellent!

Don’t book/ stay here. 👎💯 If you do book through a 3rd party otherwise this Hotel won’t refund/ cancel or change any part of your stay for any reason. Unsatisfactory location/ stay and severe lack of customer service or care.

Ill start with the good and finish with the bad.. The hotel was at a great location and overall was nice and clean.. breakfast was also really good. Personally really liked the waffle maker.. unfortunately why my stay really ****** was nome of our tvs worked. We called and asked the front desk for help.. maybe to switch rooms or maybe they could of done something i mean anything but instead was met with a kinda rude women who said eh sorry manager is unable to be contacted and nothing to do about it. The main reason we chose this hotel was because our kids could have a room for themselves with a tv and we could as well. Spent over 200$ for one night for the biggest amenties we wanted to not even work and the hotel kinda shrugged it off. We were very upset but didnt want to come off as bad guest so we just dealt with it. Sucks because we would of came back often!

Very nice and clean facility. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good as well, just few choices.

Rooms were clean, amenities were great! Very welcoming staff abs great breakfast!

The room was clean and the property in general in great shape. The shower was not clean, bed sheets were low quality and not staying on the bed. The biggest disappointment was the lack of selection on the breakfast menu. It was all fine, but not any nicer than other lower rated and less expensive hotels in the immediate area.

The room was clean and the staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was great with a wide variey of foods.

We love the suite concept with kitchenette - very convenient to have separate spaces for people to hang out or sleep in. Room is filled with a lot of useful moveable furniture so you can set up what you need. Will look for this chain while traveling.

Great breakfast, crowded in the morning. Staff very good.
