The hotel is in a great location, just across from the marina and within walking distance of major attractions (except Miramare Castle). The family suite was large, but didn't offer a sea view (as the photos on Ctrip show). The hotel provided valet parking, which cost €34.40 a day. Upon check-out, I waited a full 20 minutes for my car, which must have been parked far from the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel management was disorganized. I didn't even have breakfast, but they charged me for it upon check-out. Fortunately, I caught it in time.

Unfortunately, I must give the hotel the lowest rating. We had a problem because people complained about noise coming from our room, when in reality my wife was just laughing during a phone call. At 1 a.m., the concierge came up with the complainers and threatened to call the police, which I find totally inappropriate. A hotel that presents itself as a 5-star hotel should handle these types of situations more professionally and, above all, have good soundproofing to avoid this type of inconvenience among guests.

Very good hotel. We took a cruise from Trieste, and the Costa Cruise Terminal was just a five-minute walk across from the hotel. The hotel facilities were first-class, the breakfast was rich, and the service was warm. Recommended for friends who take a cruise.
