I had 3 rooms reserved for a crew of guys reserved with my credit card. Upon check in the front desk asked for a card from one of my guys. I learned that the hotel had changed the billing to the card of one of my guys. I called the front desk and was told they could switch it if I came to the hotel....this was before they checked out which was to be the following day. The front desk manager would not change the billing back to my card. I travel over 50 nights a year and have not had this type of experience with an unwillingness to work with a customer to make things right. I will avoid this hotel if at all possible.

This hotel is the perfect location to stay at if you want to go to Great America, Hurricane Harbor or Gurnee Mills Mall...it is right next to the mall. They had a nice hot breakfast with egg patties, sausage, batter to make waffles. Also had coffee, yogurt, juices, bagels. The best part of this hotel was the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. I slept amazing! The hotel staff was also so helpful and kind....great service!
