I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappoin**ent when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

Always friendly and available, clean rooms and the environment transfers tranquility, easy to reach and out of traffic, courteous and available employees, i.e. you can do not less than one weekend. I always recommend,

Good hotel - as you would expect from a Hilton Brand. Rooms are large and beds and bedding are comfortable. The hotel's corridors need a refurb or clean up. Negative point - the cleaning staff do not replace water / tea / coffee etc... Needed to call reception to get this. Location is an issue is you don't have a car. There is no public transport nearby, no shops or restaurants that you can walk to. Nearest shops / restaurants are 8 mins drive.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The air conditioning system was out of order for the entire duration of my stay. On the first day, I pointed out the problem of the high temperature in the accommodation to the reception staff. Three times in the afternoon and the same evening, I pointed out that the temperature was not dropping. I was informed that the reception had adjusted the temperature directly, but the heat continued to be unbearable. I would like to point out that no one from the hotel has ever come to check on the situation. Late in the evening, after my request, I was given a fan; the receptionist put the fan on maximum. At night, between the room's heat and the fan's noise, it was impossible to sleep. After a sleepless night, I again reported the situation to the receptionist the following morning. Only then was I informed that there was a problem with the system in the entire hotel, and it would certainly be resolved within the day, which did not occur on the same day or the following days. Above all I would like to underline the lack of communication and attention towards the customer, no hotel staff member was ever kind enough to inform me that the system had not been fixed, and would be in disuse for the days of my stay. I understand that circumstances can be unpredictable, but I feel it is important to share these details so that you can fully understand the inconveniences we faced during our stay.

We chose because airport transfer is free. It is very convenient because there is a supermarket just a short walk away. The room is relatively large, functional and easy to use. The lobby is also nice, but it is a pity that the Chinese occupy the lobby. There are quite a few from the airport. In the case of pick-up, ask the hotel by e-mail in advance.

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

The room was small for 4 people Still neat and tidy Breakfast was also good. Mestre Square is also close by. It's also good to go to the main island of Venice.

Location 10-15 minutes of Venezia Mestre, good service, wifi connection, good breakfast. To visit Venezia is a great and cheaper option than the islands (obsly)
