Comfortable, quite spacious rooms, with small but welcome complimentary gestures such as (large and delicious!) local apples and reasonable prices from the minibar. Good breakfast in a grand room. Pleasant setting on the Trento hills (but with less than 10 minutes walk you find shops and amenities). Polite and efficient personnel both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Only a couple negatives: the soundproofing of the rooms in the old building and the bathroom equipment could be improved, for a hotel of this category and at these prices, which are at the top in Trento (the area is quiet but you are a bit at the mercy of your neighbour's degree of civility, as every noise from the other rooms can be heard). But overall I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for an overnight stop if traveling further south. We had a suite which consisted of two rooms - a bedroom and a room with a Sofa bed. A perfect set up for families. The rooms were spacious with wooden floor which I find much more hygienic than carpets. The bathroom was Modern and a good size. Everything was really clean. The breakfast was excellent. Great variety including a juice maker! On the downside air con did not work great. Otherwise this hotel is great for a short stop. I can highly recommend it!

Questo relais è ben curato e accogliente. Ho gradito molto la camera che ci è stata assegnata: spaziosa, pulita e con un balcone. L' esperienza in se ci è piaciuta ma siamo costretti a dare solo 3 stelle a causa della colazione. Per carità, non manca nulla: dolce, salato, succhi, marmellate... Ma definirla eccellente e straordinaria come hanno fatto nelle altre recensioni mi pare eccessivo. I prodotti quali marmellate e miele sono tutti confezionati, i succhi sono quelli da supermercato; anche i dolci non sono un granché. Quando vado in Trentino e soprattutto in un hotel con 4 stelle mi aspetto di trovare prodotti locali e fatti in casa, non cibi e bevande industriali. Peccato, spero migliorino sotto questo aspetto

The hotel is in a scenic spot with a beautiful view of the mountains. To the hotel climb the serpantin. Living at the end of March, there was no snow anymore, only on the slopes where skiers and snowboarders ski. Staff polite, settled fast, there is a parking lot. The room is spacious, clean, there are towels for showers and swimming pool separately, breakfast is a Swedish table. The only minus, it was quite cool, the air conditioner for heat could be set at a maximum of +18. After the call to the respiratory set up on +25, but after some time again the maximum was only +18

Near the Trento train station, the train station passes through the station square and is just a short walk to the right. The hotel is clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The room does not provide tea bags and coffee. Since the city of Trento is not big, you can visit several attractions on foot, so it is convenient to stay here.

This is a hotel that you need to lower any expectations. As a four star it is disappointing. The staff are friendly the room isn’t great. We had a suite on the top floor with air conditioning which wasn’t adequate. There is a safe for your valuables but it ist fixed in the cupboard. The breakfast is ok but just ok. The location is excellent and that is all. There is a feeling that the place is tired and in need of some love. Plenty of potential I feel. I would probably stay there again as the staff are really quite pleasant.

Hotel located outside the Ztl and very close to the station and center, top location! Top also staff who have been really nice and available for all the stay, compliments! The impression is that he lives on the flats of a long time, because he would need a restructuring today, especially in the rooms (I had a standard). In this respect, positive notes were king size bed and TV (which was included in sky). However, I found the bed very hard (maybe it will be a personal taste), the wall-waddle shower, though large, was poorly functional and without panels, so the water ended everywhere. The bathroom mattresses in some parts were broken, while in some parts of the walls was missing intonation. In general, cleaning seemed good, bad for some ”particular”, such as a sleeve on a tent and one on a wall. The hotel is a little impersonal, and it needs a restructuring, a characteristic that reminds the beautiful city that hosts it. (Immaculata bridge) but I found the price too high as offered. 3/5
