The sheets and blankets weren't very clean. The bathroom had a lot of cobwebs, and the drain was clogged. The area around the caravans was overgrown with dense bushes, not well-maintained. The hotel grounds generally needed tidying up, and the gardens next to the accommodation were also messy. We got a room right at the very end, which felt a bit isolated, especially at night.

Pelayanan sangt baik lokasi jg ok cm kebersihan kurang sekali fasilitas jg tidak memadai kekurangan hal sepele bs jadi kurang nilai di pelanggan Tisu toulet sm tisu meja itu hal mudah tp kita tdk mendapatkannya smpai ambil tisu dimobil kita sendiri Terkma kasih bnyak

We had visit this hotel on peak season. We had to wait for almost 3 hours after check in to get our room. The receptionist looked restless and in a hurry. I booked room with breakfast but the receptionist said that it wasnt included breakfast. The day after, we decided to check out earlier because i need to take my parents to get some meals. But before we c/o the receptionist called us to had some bfast at the restaurant. I already make sure for 3 times about the bfast but they still give me same answer. Why it changed 30 mnts before we leave ?? The facility in this hotel is pitty and some place need renovation. Hope the hotel do some improvement.
