Beautiful property in a quiet countryside location! The service was impeccable. We had dinner at the hotel 2 nights in a row and the cuisine was exquisite. The pool was very enjoyable after spending the day in Piacenza and surrounding towns. We will be back!

Struttura affascinante, che potrebbe dare molto di più se gestita correttamente. Le camere spaziose e confortevoli, esteticamente molto belle. Nota dolente invece il ristorante. Prezzi altissimi per un servizio non all’altezza. Un prezzo di 28 euro a piatto se lo può permettere solamente chi è in grado di offrire un servizio eccellente. Invece i bicchieri del nostro tavolo erano diversi l’uno dall’altro, il vino era sbagliato (ordinato un vermentino di Liguria ed è arrivato un vermentino di Sardegna) Al tavolo accanto le portate erano sbagliate . I piatti erano discreti ma per la metà del prezzo. Se volete comportarvi da simil stellato ed avere prezzi folli dovete essere in grado di offrire un servizio almeno all’ altezza. Ad oggi scadente . Vista impagabile, personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente e ci siamo rilassati! La colazione è stata la sorpresa più grande, buffet ricco e di OTTIMA qualità. Torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo!

Il resort ha chiuso i battenti Gestione pessima, ecco il risultato! Denaro e struttura sprecati … non si può!!! Era un luogo così bello e ameno, ci si andava per rilassarsi nella SPA! Volevamo tornare dopo una esperienza negativa di qualche anno fa, ma non c’è stato verso! Chiuso e basta

Mi sono recata in questa struttura prenotata a dicembre 2022 il giorno 30 aprile 2023 per trovarla chiusa e in stato di abbandono. Nessuna comunicazione da parte loro, telefoni staccati e un lucchetto al cancello.

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido relais per una notte ma non credo che tornerò : comincio col dire che all’atto della prenotazione ho dovuto penare un po’ rincorrendo gli addetti alla reception per avere conferma del soggiorno, si vede che hanno molte richieste e vogliono mantenere le opzioni più convenienti, però è stato veramente impegnativo prenotare. Inoltre, la camera non è all’altezza del prezzo richiesto : il letto non è troppo comodo a causa di un materasso a molle forse un po’ usurato, pochi punti luce insufficienti a fornire una buona illuminazione, zanzariere mancanti alle finestre che non vengono aperte tanto volentieri a causa della presenza di insetti (cimici) pronti ad entrare, in generale la camera avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata, la sensazione del soggiorno nella stessa per me non è stata piacevole. Ho trovato inoltre una spina vape accesa di quelle con le piastrine, immagino che sia stata dimenticata accesa per errore, però in generale conviene sempre verificare. Non ho provato la spa e nemmeno la piscina esterna che è collocata in maniera splendida regalando una vista mozzafiato. Il ristorante è davvero molto bello, si cena a lume di candela e il cibo è buono anche se il menù non è molto vario. La colazione è ottima, tanta varietà e alta qualità dei cibi. Il personale è stato estremamente cortese, disponibile e professionale. In generale la struttura è molto bella ma credo che si debbano rinnovare un po’ le camere prima di chiedere quelle cifre, magari pensando anche di installare delle zanzariere alle finestre per poterle aprire senza preoccuparsi di insetti e zanzare. Nonostante tutto non sono stata troppo severa nel giudizio perché mi auguro che la gestione possa migliorare.

Abbiamo fatto una giornata di piscina e day spa, location favolosa soprattutto L affaccio della piscina.massaggi di qualità e libertà di godersi piscina e spa tutto il giorno per una buona tariffa!!! Personale molto gentile e premuroso. Da consigliare per una fuga dalla città!!!!

Qui c’è paradiso a pochi km dalla città! La Location è molto suggestiva con panorami mozzafiato, se cercate il relax questo è il posto per voi. A partire dallo staff del Relais per continuare con le ragazze della SPA, la cordialità trovata qui difficilmente l’abbiamo trovata altrove. Personalmente ho provato anche il servizio massaggi assolutamente perfetto! La SPA ha due piscine idromassaggio, 1 più piccola ed una più grande. Una sauna , un bagno turco, docce emozionali ed una zona con sdraio per rilassarsi godendosi il meraviglioso panorama! Tisane e tea a disposizione gratuitamente nell’area benessere. Cena assolutamente di alto livello con vini tipici e originari dei vigneti della zona. Colazione varia all inclusive con prodotti genuini e possibilità di ordinare alcune pietanze a parte . Ci è stato inoltre gentilmente concesso di restare fino al primo pomeriggio per goderci con calma gli ultimi momenti di questo stupendo break! Regole anti COVID19 totalmente rispettate , disinfettanti presenti in ogni angolo della struttura e distanze rispettate . Sicuramente una struttura da visitare nuovamente!
