Very clean. Stayed in superior family cabin number 38. Staff friendly. Very understanding and patient with our autistic daughter who changed her mind at the last minute with the ropes course. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area again!

I never even got there as unfortunately had to cancel my booking. The team, especially a young bloke named Dylan were extremely understanding of my circumstances and went above and beyond to help me out. This is not the usual kind of service that one expects and to be honest I was blown away by how great the crew from Traralgon were. It's this kind of service and understanding that make you want to come to a place and then come back again. Thankyou Park Lane Traralgon and especially Dylan who dealt with me on the phone. That young deserves a payrise.

Accommodating staff who put themselves out for our family reunion.Hire of function room which catered for all our needs. Well maintained and very clean park and the best camp kitchen. Pool and spa, and other activities for children.Thank you

Lovely clean cabin. Park was beautiful and clean. Having our dogs with us was a big +. Would happily stay there again, would just ask for a bigger cabin if possible. Did find the cabin we had a bit weird having the loo so close to the bedroom and no bathroom door, not a huge drama.

Perfect family park, we took put dog and 2 kids. Our toddler absolutely loved the colourful cabins, play centre and jumping pillow. Very comfortable cabin too. Very easy to find on the main road so easy to access.

Loved it all! Cabin was very modern, double shower was a real treat. Kids had a blast using all the facilities, which meant we could relax too. Thank-you!

Great park very clean and staff polite and helpful. The amenities are kept clean and the shower pressure is fantastic one of the best showers in a park would highly recommend if you're planning on staying up that way plenty for kids to do during day

First trip out in my new camper trailer and wanted somewhere close to home - the Big4 Park Lane caravan park was the ideal spot. the site is very well maintained and the staff and super friendly and helpful. My friend was originally going to stay in a tent, but the first night was soooo cold and windy, she didn't want to chance it, so she hired a cabin. After the first night, she forgot about the tent completely and just stayed in the cabin!! I paid for an ensuite powered site, which was very handy to have my own bathroom. The drive through sites were very handy for me, given I'm a novice tower, so that was very helpful. It took a while for my dogs to settle as these parks are family friendly, so there were a lot of kids running around. Overall though, a great stay and I'm already looking forward to the next one! :)

I can highly recommend staying at BIG4 Traralgon Park Lane Holiday Park. From our friendly welcome to the time we left, will encourage us to return to this park again. On this occasion, my wife and I stayed on a powered site alongside my sister and brother-in-law in our caravans. The level sites with concrete pads are all drive through and are so easy to set up. The facilities are excellent, especially if you are a family with an excellent playground, mini golf, swimming pool, activity room and the family kitchen and TV room were spotless with everything you will need. The bathroom & toilet area are just as spotless. The reception area has an outdoor cafe where you can partake in a barista coffee if so desired. On a previous visit, we stayed in one of the family cabins for a few nights and were just as impressed with the cleanliness. The linen, including the towels were of the highest quality. We could not fault our stays at this great park and would highly recommend it for couples and families.
