The hotel is a bit dated. And the bathroom is moldy. They provide shuttle bus to town tho.

The staff were helpful and friendly, although the do not speak much English. The cleanliness of room was good except that the cupboard doors and walls are quite stained and old. The shuttle service was very good with nice drivers. Facilities and amenities were very exclusive and good. So was the breakfast! Wish we had more time to explore their facilities. A companion left first, and before the check-out time came, and before the key was handed over to the counter, someone knocked on the door. I was taking a bath in the room at the time. I was a little embarrassed, and I was afraid that the other person would just open the door and come in, so I opened the door while wearing a bath towel. The service staff was frightened and left quickly. After check-out, due to poor communication, we did not get on the shuttle bus. We had to ask the hotel to call a taxi and give us a phone number so that we could contact us by ourselves. Afterwards, they showed that our phone could not be used, so we changed the call. The hotel assisted. The hotel helped solve the incident later, but I was a little overwhelmed at the moment. There are free Yakult, hot spring baths (two of which can be reserved) and late-night snacks (udon noodles); the breakfast is Japanese-style and quite rich. It's a bit far from Kinosaki Onsen.

The first day of check-in was fine, but the second morning there was no cleaning, and the drinks in the room refrigerator were not refilled. After calling the service, the room was cleaned, but the drinks in the refrigerator were not refilled, and the trash was not emptied. And it took a long time to wait.

Although Yinhua Hotel is located far away, the environment is very quiet because of this. The hotel rooms and baths face the river, which makes people feel refreshed. The staff are all super friendly and kind, and guests will feel at home right from the start of the hotel. We stayed for three days and two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself also takes good care of its guests. Even on the day of check-out, they will still take the trouble to tidy up the room so that guests can still have a comfortable place to rest before leaving. If I come to Kinosaki again, I will probably stay at this hotel again. Recommended !
