I stayed for the first time in 2 years. I canceled the final flight from Itami, and I stayed at the decision because there was an artificial hot spring near the airport. The staffs are all decent and freindly despite they cannot speak english very well. My room is a little bit disappointed. I booked a single room with some request for the view, however, I got the room on the fifth floor with a blind window. In addition, my room have a pillar block space on the corner. This make the room even smaller than I thought. Overall, I do not recommend a single room on the fifth floor.

I stayed with a baby plan (mom support plan) in May with a 5 month old infant. Supper is a room meal, breakfast is also a private room (with tatami mats) in the restaurant, and during the meal, cushions and bath towels were laid thick on the tatami mats to put the infant to sleep, so you can enjoy a delicious meal slowly. did. This is not the first time we stay at Karaksa joint. After our previous stay at Karaksa Saporro, we decided to try in Osaka. If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The front desk and lounge staff were both extremely helpful. Every request was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. Hotel is easy walking distance from a subway line. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

The bath will be used in a large communal bath or a shower room. The room I used was a tatami room with ３ tatami mats. A set of futons. I used it because there was no place that was already open on Saturday, but if there is no place to stay, I think it is ＯＫ at all. Anyway, the price is cheap, so you can understand that area. Even on Saturday, it was ３８００ yen. Private is protected firmly, so it's definitely better than a capsule hotel. Recommended for backpackers. Therefore, it seems that there are many young students, consecutive nights related to construction, and foreigners. However, I'm not sure, but is it only me who feels that the lobby and shower room are also used by people other than guests?

I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return.
